Amazing staff, awesome ambience. I especially loved the Hot Tub experience. Next time I would stay for longer as it was not enough number of days for us. Trough out breath takingly peaceful ambience around the property and within the property

1. Even though the food is great, there is not much variety in food. Same menu for lunch and dinner 2. You cannot drain the hot tub own your own. Every time you have to drain it, you have to call the reception. It's just like advertising when I used a hot tub 3. Water pressure (rate of flow) is too low.

Staff was friendly and helpful with information and help. The views are amazing from around spots in the hotel. Facilities in the room are very good.

The view from my specific room was blocked by trees and shrubs. The locations is tough to get to especially at night. If you have a large vehicle, it will be very tough to get to. Cannot windows/doors at night due to bugs. It is located far from main Munnar so it is tough to get to travel locations

Very friendly and attentive staff. The views from the room were amazing. Breakfast and dinner always impressed, alwyas tasty and filling.

We had a pool in the room that didn't get warm enough to use during the monsoon season. It was chilly outside so understandable, just keep that in mind if you travel during the monsoon.

Everything else was amazing ! Serene view, lush greenery, cordial and friendly staff who made sure our requirements are met. Apart from our special request to source a bouqet and cake, the staff organized a great setup for dining on our anniversary night. Especially, Mr. Suraj had been exceptional in catering to our requirements. The fond memories will be with us for times to come. Spice Tree Munnar truly lived to their tag line.. "Happiness is in little things" One of a kind property! Highly recommended.. Must visit!

Food can be improved. We had a relatively long stay 3-nights, and hotel's restaurant was our only option for eating (as the place is away from the city). There was no buffet for lunch and dinner, we had to go with alacarte option, which didn't taste good in the beginning. It got better after our feedback to the staff. Also there should be options that provide kerela home style cooking meal. As a guest I want to feast on the local dishes which are balanced (not too spicy, salty, sweet) and also provide value for money.
