The view from the rooms is great. Floors for the hotel start at the 35th, so there are almost no rooms without a view. Since our room had a few issues we switched to a new one at the second day of our 4 night stay. The front desk (Victor) was super friendly and handled everything to our fullest satisfaction. This was our first visit to New York and we couldn't have been happier. The location was perfect for getting a first impression of the city, visiting sights, buying groceries and finding something to eat.

Initially assigned room was a bit worn down, equipment was missing and the fridge was broken (all issues were resolved by changing rooms though; second room was perfect). Breakfast was crowded and I'd prefer if the hotel would use re-usable silverware instead of disposable plastics.

Close to Central Park and surrounding areas. The hot breakfast was varied and part of the hotel cost, they even provided to-go containers- best part of their offerings. The rooms are well above the street noise for a quiet sleep at night. Enjoyed the small kitchen features. The shower pressure was very good on the 48th floor.

The dinner options were limited to more like bar food. Not impressed. I will note that I arrived at the hotel at 8:55 pm and it closed at 9? Could use a small light under tv for the person in that chair. For some reason, our king size bed had a queen size comforter on it. You can imagine the struggle for covers on a cold night! Had to ask for a blanket for the person who lost the contest!

The room/hotek seemed quite new, considering NYC patterns of old dated hotels with bad smelling carpets. This hotel was clean, comfortable and very well located. It shares the building with other hotel so the lowest floor is 35… So you will definitely have a great city view, which is amazing!!

The room is a little tight for 2 people plus the luggage. We had to find out a puzzle way to put our stuff.

Wonderful and beautiful hotel. The view from the 47th floor was stunning, especially at night. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of foods and drinks in a cozy space with diverse seating options. I especially enjoyed the "bar" area facing Broadway, with its panoramic windows. They even provide paper containers so you can take some food with you, store it in the fridge, and heat it up in your room’s microwave. It's just a 5-minute walk to Times Square in one direction and Central Park in the other. You can arrange a taxi to the airport at the front desk for $100, which is cheaper than Uber, and a huge black SUV will be waiting for you at your preferred time.

The only drawback was the fridge, which started making a loud noise every night at exactly 4 a.m. Pressing and holding a button on it for 10 seconds (which isn't obvious) turns it off.

Good location if you want to be in walking distance of Times Square, Central Park and lots of sights. Comfy beds and decent breakfast with lots of choice. We were on 55th floor and had incredible views of the city.

The decor is quite tired especially the hallways but that didn’t bother us at all.

We have stayed at this location many times, and the location is perfect for enjoying Manhattan as it is situated within walking distance of Times Sqaure, the MOMA and Central Park. Staff are always helpful and friendly, and the rooms are big enough for me and my spouse to set up our computers for working while in the City! This is our NY home away from home and we will be back.

Everything was fantastic, the only thing we did not like was that we could not stay longer this time! Perfect place for Manhattan stay, in the perfect location. No room service, but that is to be expected for a Residence Inn, and there is so much to do and see nearby it is not needed.

The breakfast was at a good level. My wife was very pleased to be able to choose gluten-free food. The room was on the 60th floor with a beautiful view. Very quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We never waited for the elevator.

It was very cold in the breakfast hall, we needed warmer clothes. The bathroom door does not close well.

And when it comes to value, this place delivers. For what you pay, you receive top-notch service, comfort, and amenities. It’s an investment in peace of mind and true hospitality. Everything was perfect

I had a very pleasant experience at this property. The location is excellent, very close to Times Square, which made getting around really easy. The staff was friendly, and I felt well taken care of by the front desk team—they were very understanding and helpful. Thank you, Victor! 😊The room was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. Breakfast was acceptable, although not very diverse, but the dining area was nicely arranged and had a pleasant atmosphere.

View from room. Check in and out was quick and efficent . Room clean , if showing a little ware in places. Paid extra for times sq view . which was worth the extra for looking out over city. Room was on floor 63. Needed to keep room after check out time of 11am. As Had a late evening flight back. Weather wet/cold. So no sitting in park till taxi pick up This was done quickly and friendly by reception. - -- If a little pricy.

Breakfast was fine . Good choice of items. Went down early to avoid crowds. BUT ooo the wast. all paper plates and plastic knives/forks/spoons/glasses used once then all put in trash bags.
