Nothing around the area. Metro about a mile away so you can get to most tourist area if you have time to kill. Was difficult to get hold of hotel at the airport to get transfer as no WIFI and no internet. Instructions for arrival were clear until you got to door 4 and then nothing really. Needs to be more info that the bus will be every hour and at rough times and what or who to look out for. Bus on way back could not take us at the time we wanted as was full. The next bus time was fine. Tip: Book your return bus to the airport early (probably before day of arrival as we booked ours when arriving at the hotel, for the next day, and the bus time wasn't available)

Comfortable room and bed, can’t say anything negative. Although I wish the sound isolation in general was better; however I’m used to sleeping with earplugs while traveling. Location is convenient - close to airport and 5 minutes walk to metro station, short ride to historic center. We came for the event on Velodrome, so location worked for us. Staff were very nice. It’s good that there are pool and gym, and the restaurant, however they are at the same time an issue.

We didn’t use the gym, but we went to the pool twice. One thing is to have, the other is to maintain it. There was a persistent smell of stale water, some discarded plastic cups under the tables. The dead fly I noticed in the water on Sunday was still there on Tuesday. The water in the pool is way too warm, in my opinion. All these things are not super important to me, but I’ve got the impression that the amenities are not managed well enough.

The folks at reception were very professional and nice. Some English spoken. They can change USD for you to pesos. The breakfast buffet is acceptable with interesting options including bbq ribs one morning. The coffee in the cafeteria (not the restaurant) is excellent and available 24 hours a day. The beds are very comfortable, pillows as well. The room (in this case 409) has a tilt so if you feel yourself walking funny, it's not you, it's the floor. Good towels. There is a pool and sauna.

The water pressure could have been better in the shower. If something could be done about the noise the doors make when slamming shut (it's hard to close them any other way) that would be fantastic as you can hear the doors from other guests around you clearly and loudly. The coffee in the rooms for use in the coffee maker needs to improve; very weak and flavorless.

It exceeded expectations. The pictures provided by Booking did not do justice. The place is more luxurious in person. The hotel definitely gives 5 star vibes. Compares very well to a 5-star hotel. Upon arriving, there is a worker there who will take your luggage and bring it with you to your room. The restaurant service was on point! Very attentive and super polite, Room service is great too. We didn't get a microwave in our room but we called the front desk and they actually had someone from the restaurant come up and get it to warm up for us. They brought it back to our rooms on a plate and provided utensils. The pool was very clean too. It didn't smell too much like chlorine. The sauna was relatively small though. It looked like it could fit up to 4 people comfortably. The gym was decent size. Amazing, 10/10.

Nothing we really didn't like.

I was a bit hesitant prior to booking as there were some poor reviews of the hotel. Having stayed at the hotel I really don't know why the hotel received any reviews other than very good or above. The pool was excellent, the staff great, the room perfect both cleanliness and size. We will be going back to Mexico City for a couple of days later this year, Hotel Riazor will be first choice!

Food and beverage is a little bit pricey but that's probably to be expected for an airport hotel.

Very confortable and close to the airport.

Breakfast was available but it is mentioned with green color in booking.com that I supposed that it was free of charge. But the hotel asked for money for the breakfast that I am surprised. I just checked my reservation again and the hotel was right. Because in the booking.com it is mentioned that "breakfast is available and ask for a price in the hotel" with green letters that I could not focused the meaning, and I supposed it is free of charge due to green letters. It is my mistake but it could be more lean in the app.

Super clean. The staff is super helpful and nice. Fast service. The shuttle to the airport is super efficient and convenient. My baby was ill when we arrived and they let us check in early and patient and kind in the night when I had to walk the halls with him. I even asked them to keep his milk in the fridge downstairs as the room didn’t have a fridge and I bothered them several times to get the milk to fill his cup! They happily helped in the middle of the night.

Not a huge deal but helpful if there’s a fridge in the room.

We stayed here on a long layover. I chose the hotel because of the easy transport (airport shuttle) and good price. It was much nicer than I expected. All employees - chofer, desk personnel, cleaning team - were professional and attentive. The checkout time was 1pm, which was wonderful because it allowed us to relax before our afternoon flight. The breakfast buffet is a little pricey, but the food is superb and very complete. The pool is heated and we just had a great time. 100% recommend.

The shuttle van driver was very friendly and helpful. A very good driver as well. The staff were all friendly and very professional. We enjoyed a lovely dinner and nice breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Our room was super clean and comfortable.

We were in room 101 right by the elevator. We didn’t sleep well because we kept hearing people get on and off the elevator talking and laughing. Should we stay there again I would request a room away from the elevator.

There is a free shuttle from and to to the airport and it is a short ride. So perfect to stay the night after the international flight and get the domestic flight to Cancun the next morning.
