The staffs were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location of the resort is absolutely perfect & we enjoyed the Sunset Point very much. What truly stood out was the special treatment we received during the EID festival.The resort went above and beyond to make our stay memorable by preparing special food just for us, adding a personal touch that made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent service, a prime location and memorable experiences.

This is a truly exceptional experience, a hilltop Shangri-La in beautiful Nagarkot, overlooking the valley. On a clear day, you can even see the Himalayan mountains on the horizon. The whole experience is something special. From the moment you arrive you are welcomed and pampered by the professional yet friendly staff. A special mention here for Manisha whose smile and courteous attention made our stay extra special. The food is excellent and plentiful. The drinks are served with a plate of fruit and cheese. The rooms are quite spectacular, with huge picture windows giving you a full view of the countryside, even from your comfy bed! Their attention to detail gives them great credit. After the bustle of India and the packed days of Kathmandu and Bhaktapur sightseeing, this hotel is a treat you really should give yourself.

Stay an extra night. You won’t regret it!

The hotel is beautifully situated at the top of a mountain, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff are kind and efficient, with special thanks to Ramita at customer service, who was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. However, be prepared for a challenging drive—the road leading to the hotel is extremely bumpy and winding, with numerous potholes. The asphalt is in very poor condition, possibly the worst I've encountered.

The road conditions and the pollution were disappointing. Although we were high up in the mountains, the view was obscured. A layer of smog, unfortunately caused by pollution, covered the entire area, making it impossible to enjoy the scenery.

The whole experience was truly exceptional. The staff were extremely well trained, professional, and most importantly very friendly and helpful. The room facilities & housekeeping were excellent, and the views of the Langtang range from the rooms were remarkable. The food and restaurant facilities were excellent too. The recent addition of a lift (elevator) to one of the room levels was a thoughtful move, especially useful for senior citizens. While we would credit the entire staff and management for making our stay truly memorable, special mention is due to Rubesh & Robin who personally ensured that our stay was indeed a superb experience. We will be back!

Frankly, there is nothing we did not like or had a bad experience with, which is testimony to the professionalism and hospitality of the both management and the entire staff.

The location is spot-on for a perfect vacation, so relaxing. A very picturesque place. The food was OK, but not the tastiest one I had during our stay in Nepal.

We booked the hotel with bed and the breakfast option, mentioning that 2 adults, one child, and one infant are coming, though they have kept only two complimentary water bottles. It was not enough for 4 people. when requested for water, they gave a chargeable option, two bottles for NPR 250, which is very much higher. During my stay in other hotels in Kathmandu and Pokhara, all the hotels offered free bottled drinking water. Apart from the water issue, there was a very bad smell coming close to our room area once we went outside.

One of the best hotels we ever stayed in. The kindness and attentiveness of the staff was unsurpassable and nothing we ever experienced in similar 5 star hotels in Europe. Soaltee combines Western style comfort with an exquisite international cuisine and goes one step further in accomodating its guests with a genuine warm heartedness of staff on all levels. From the time we arrived, Mr. Vajracharya from reception made us feel like VIP guests, making sure we would be provided with the best service. Supervisor Dinesh from the restaurant and all the other waiters and staff there were treating us like royals as we enjoyed delicious fruit, cheese and sweets with some really good wine at the bar in the evening. We also recommend trying the spa - those ladies know how to give a proper relaxing massage!  We will definitely come back here on our next visit to Nepal and will miss all the lovely and hard working people from this hotel.

Just a wonderful property up on the hill with the most spectacular views of the Langtang Himal mountain range. The room was beautiful, clean with a stunning view to wake up to each morning. Food was delicious and the staff professional and brilliant! They arranged for me to visit the nearby temple while the driver waited for me which was reasonably priced too. Amazing sunset views on the terrace by the restaurant and the pool looked great although it was a little cold for me to use it.

Wow wow wow - highly recommended!!! Must visit!!! I went with my daughter to rest for the weakened. The place is amazing , views are stunning, i think the best you can get in Nagarkot BUT the staff and the service we got was not less than EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! We’ll definitely come back , if you are planning a vacation in Nagarkot, in high standards, don’t think twice ! This is the place , super recommended and the most valuable for money.

The location is wonderful, sitting high above the valley. The rooms are perfect and the food excellent. But the stars are the staff - they are exceptional, taking care of you attentively without being intrusive. In all, a great place to stay after your unforgettable visit to Bhaktapur Durbar Square.

We loved everything about the hotel. However, on our visit the view of the Himalayas was obscured by the polluted air in the valley. But perhaps we were just unlucky.

It has great views. The rooms are very comfortable. Ideal for those seeking a quiet time. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The staff are kind and truly helpful. They found me a taxi back to Kathmandu for a very good value. There’s a suspension bridge about 3.5km away which is a fun walk.

It’s remote so plan accordingly. There are no restaurants or stores nearby so you’ll be stuck buying everything at the resort and it can quickly add up, if you’re cost conscious.
