Reception and swift allocation of room. Spacious room, which was cool in the serious heat of the day. The secure parking is a bonus at a hotel in this category.

Dedicated soap for bath, shower and basin would be better than the small individual sachets of liquid soap. One wonders why hotels are so reluctant to provide a stopper for the basin sink. No floor mat for the bathroom. No supportive handle(s) for the bath, which makes potential for a risky situation. Only hotel in this European trip where no safety feature was in the bath/shower area. Restaurant, usually tip top on this occasion was so slow to serve and one of the staff was obviously stressed. 35 minutes to wait for a simple chicken meal is not good.

Our room was big and beds comfortable. The restaurant ambience was super - the food was delicious and the wine excellent. Our waiter offered to select a bottle for us and what a choice, for only Euros 15! Prices far better than expected! Swimming pool an additional bonus.

Make sure you bring your own toiletries as none provided - we forgot and had to make do with a small bar of soap between 3! Apart from that everything was great!

I've stayed here a few times now and I love this place. The food is exceptional, the staff are great, the parking is easy and free, the rooms although old fashioned are spotlessly clean, (as is the rest of the hotel) and you're guaranteed a good night's sleep. Breakfast is from 8 until late and there's no rush for anything.

The seating in the whole place is very rustic and hard. There's no outside toilets near the pool.

We stayed one night for the second break of our journey by motorcycle from Bilbao to South. Nice unique hotel with old deco, clean and comfortable. There's a nice restaurant and café in the hotel. We had set menu for dinner, and the food was simple and tasty. We had to leave early to continue our journey, so we didn't have breakfast. Breakfast is not included in the room rate anyway. Guests just have to come to the cafe and order a la carte.We could park the bike in the inner court, which was great, especially under the cover.

A couple of paper cups in the bathroom or mugs or glasses in the bedroom would be great to drink water.

Spotlessly clean, great staff, so helpful and friendly. This hotel is mainly for families with children! Air-conditioning was really efficient and constantly on in the room. Fabulous shower with non slip floor. Food was great and really exceptional value for money as were the drinks. Lovely pool, although no toilets by the pool! All in all, I couldn't fault the value for money stay, and I will definitely return.

Pleasant staff, spacious room (suite), good air-conditioning, no light penetration, a very comfortable large bed and satisfactory bathroom. Very secure parking, which was reassuring. Perfectly correct and reasonable restaurant with an solid wine list.

Not being able to dine until 20:30, though this is the local custom; if one wanted to retire early, one would be better advised to lunch late and substantially. The air-conditioning unit was a bit noisy. The breakfast offering was a quite limited.

The property is in a great location just off the main road but it is not noisy. The road is barely used. The bar and restaurant are great service good value meals and drinks. Everything is scrupulously clean and the staff are fantastic. This was our second stay here.

The bed was fairly uncomfortable and sags towards the middle. Mattresses could do with changing. Minor detail as we did sleep though.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It was a very Spanish ranch style property. We took a motorbike with us so we could have secure parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large with ensuite and all well equipped. The steak we had for dinner was the best and tasty, good value for money. We will certainly make this hotel a regular on our tour across to Southern Spain.

All of the staff were so friendly and helpful, absolutely brilliant. They fully understood our need to have gluten free food and it was all readily available even though we did not advise them of our needs before our arrival.

There was mould on the walls behind the tv and there was no telephone in the room to call for help should it have been needed.

The Old style hacienda feel was welcoming. The room was large and very comfortable. The restaurant and cafe were extremely good value for money. The food delicious and very well presented. Plenty of covered outdoor parking. A fabulous and excellent value for money break in our journey and we will definitely return.
