We had a Superior Double Room and it was spacious and well furnished (a coffee table, another table, chairs, a sofa). There are safe-box, fridge, coffee-maker in the room. The room was basic but sufficient, clean, comfortable and not overused. The room was soundproof well enough. TV and Wi-Fi were fine. The hotel is just steps away from the Revolutionary Monument Plaza. Subway station Metro Revolución is close too. Bus stops on La Reforma Ave are close as well. Uber easily available. Starbucks nearby. We loved rooftop Pizzorama restaurant at the Revolutionary Monument Plaza for breakfast and dinner!

Water pressure in the shower was weak but sufficient enough. Water was hot. No electric plugs by beds, only by the desk and table. We had inner-yard view, so had to close blinders all the time otherwise people would see us. But we understood that inner view rooms were quieter as there was construction / demolition in active process just outside the hotel. Rooftop area around the pool is smaller than on pics but fine enough. Water was warm. Sitting area on the rooftop is nice. Area around the hotel looked spooky and abandoned at first sight, but it was safe day and night; bus routes lies on the hotel street so it's not a scary dark ally after all.

I had the pleasure of staying at Casablanca Hotel for one night in late July 2023. The hotel's location, just around the corner from Revolution Square and within a hundred meters of Mexico City's main avenue, Paseo de la Reforma, was perfect for exploring the city's most famous landmarks, including the Revolution Monument, Angel of Independence, Diana the Huntress Fountain, and the Palace of Fine Arts. Public transportation stops for Metrobuses, trolleybuses, and tour buses were conveniently close by. The area also offered several Starbucks cafes, diverse restaurants offering breakfast and business lunches, pharmacies, the large Reforma 222 shopping center, and banks. Check-in and Interior: Upon arrival, I reached the hotel three hours before the official check-in time. The staff informed me that my room would be ready in a couple of hours and kindly offered to store my luggage while I explored the hotel. Despite the delay, my room was still not ready at the official check-in time. However, one of the senior receptionists promptly solved the issue by upgrading me to a higher category room at no extra charge, which I gladly accepted. The room with a king-size bed featured ample workspace, a coffee machine, a sofa, and a TV with numerous channels. The staff was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and accommodating, and their fluency in English made communication effortless. The hotel boasted an aesthetic interior, and the rooms had a fresh and modern look. The rooftop offered an outdoor heated pool with a bar, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast: Although my rate didn't include breakfast, it was available for a separate fee. The cost was $220MXN per person, and guests could enjoy buffet-style dining also at any time, with a slightly higher cost of $250MXN per person. Wi-Fi Connectivity: The hotel's Wi-Fi was outstanding, with a consistent speed of around 100 Mbps, peaking at 170 Mbps.

The staff here is so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They are super accomodating, theyrecieved me at 2am with smiles and enthusiams. I didn't dine much here, but the molletes I had were amazing! They have an easy bag storage system if you want to head out even after you check out. The location is perfect for getting around Mexico City. I was relaxed and felt safe at this hotel. Definitely recommend

There isn't much I didn't like but if i were to nitpick, this hotel seems to pull an older crowd so a little dull while I was there and the hotel is a bit older so the facilities are dated but these didn't detract from the experience at all

A smooth checkin at 1:30 am (pre-arranged w mgmt otherwise I would have been considered a no- show after midnight) much appreciated. Also the room upgrade, much appreciated. Made all the difference for an 8 day stay. I liked the public areas, vintage wood everywhere, loved that. Great location just off the paseo de la Reforma.

Pool is small and half of it is only 1 ft deep. Only 1 person at a time can swim. Restaurant food is underwhelming. Personnel great though.

Everything was excellent. What you see in the pictures shown is even better once you get to the hotel. The hotel has a really good location, just some steps y you get to the Revolution Monument. There are plenty of bars 🍸 and restaurants that you can get there by walking 1-4 minutes. But if you don't want to go out, the hotel's restaurants and bar are really good, I can tell you that it's even cheaper than some bar and restaurants in the area. The staff was completely friendly and helpful. I'll be looking forward to booking this hotel again.

The room's size is a bit small. This is not really a problem or a complaint. If you're on your own, the room is just perfect, but it feels a bit small for two people

Location was excellent, room was great, and breakfast was really good I met both a lady and a gentleman making omelets and quesadilla and were so delicious the waiters were attentive and friendly, I loved everything about it, didn't get the chance to use the fitness centre not sure if there was one but I used the pool, and it was amazing warm water, view of the city. I loved my staying at the Casa Blanca and I would definitely go back

It was an amazing experience. They were really flexible with us and let us to check out late and also gave us a room on 11th floor. Breakfast was amazing. We did not use the pool so cannot comment on that

The last day when we wanted to get a taxi, one of the staff was convincing us to take a private taxis in front of the hotel instead of calling for the pink official taxis was telling us private taxi is safer than the pink one. The taxi wanted to charge us double the amount. We found another taxi by ourselves

Very comfortable room. Staff were so accommodating - we were upgraded to a larger room and given a 3pm checkout all for free which made the day waiting for our 10pm flight much more pleasant! The rooftop pool and loungers were ideal to help us pass the time!

It is a nice hotel with 1970's vibe design. The rooms are modern and impeccably clean. The heated pool and the terrace are a great bonus, very much enjoyed the pool. Everything is very well maintained. Helpful staff! The shower drain wasn't working well, but they fixed it very fast. Decent breakfast.

The climate control is noisy and the room was a bit small.

- Amazing breakfast buffet, especially the fruit assortment (really one of the best fruit buffets I've ever seen) - really friendly staff, from reception, to bell boys, cleaning lady, restaurant staff - good location, 100m from Monumento a la Revolución and a block away from Paseo de la Reforma (near the Glorieta de las Mujeres que Luchan) - complimentary parking

- Shower could be better: hard to control the temperature (mostly way too hot) and not a lot of water - Air co: a bit hard to adjust and a bit too noisy - We stayed at Hotel Casa Blanca twice in 2 weeks; first stay the room was large and spacious; in the second, the rooms were rather small - there's a swimming pool, but even in a really hot day, the water was way too cold for a swim :-(
