The guy on reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, with modern decor, a comfortable bed, and lovely fresh white sheets. Although a little loud, the air con unit worked well. It was nice to have a water dispenser in the corridor, but it's a shame there's no chilled water option.

The towels were a little old and stained. The use of urinal pebbles on the bathroom floor makes the cubical smell like a public toilet. The breakfast offering was quite limited, but fair for the price.

The bed! We didn’t sleep so comfortable in a long time. Nice matras and nice sheets! We arrived at 01.00 due to a delayed flight and this was no problem. Staff was helpful and friendly!

The breakfast was very simple. I also think in a hotel like this, the staff should not watch loud movies or TikTok clips on their phone in the breakfast area. Also because they played quite loud music as well. If you had a long day of travelling this is too much. (I know it’s common in Asia, but still :)

We arrived from abroad early morning. The check in process was easy and quick. Try to avoid having your room in front of the elevator due to its noise.

The room was quiet, pillows and mattress are comfortable, and the sheet smells good. Good wifi reception everywhere. Warm water shower. Water cold and water is available . We felt like home we could stay there longer.

This place is decorated really nicely with lots of colour and artistic designs. The staff is very helpful and nice. Breakfast is Indonesian-style and good (nothing special though). The room is big and clean. The bathroom is nothing fancy but clean and functioning. We would recommend but you have to take the points bellow into account.

During our first night (friday) the hotel's neighbour turned up techno music VERY loud at 4 in the morning for like one hour. It was really very loud, but we and the hotel staff couldn't do anything. It is just part of Indonesian culture. (Of course, churches and mosques are very loud too.) Also, Indonesian guests were smoking in the hallways and the breakfast-space even though it is not allowed. We dislike smoking while eating, but again, there is nothing to be done.

The room is clean, the bed is super confortable, there is an amazing and powerful shower with hot water. The building is really new, the breakfast reallt good, the people really nice and helpful. Moreover there is the chance to print your ticket from a computer. There is a indonaret and a really good laundry near to the hotel. I reccomend this place :)

The staff was very friendly and helped us organize a transfer to Bunaken for a fair price. The beds were very comfy.

When we entered the room there was a weird smell, but when we switched on the AC it went away... So it didn't really bother us.

No window in the room, which made the air quaility quite bad during a 3 nights stay. However i saw other rooms with windows in the hotel, just ask the staff.
