Room was spacious, clean and comfy

Check in was very disappointing. Check in 2pm but reception closed between 12 noon and 3 pm. Everyone waiting in cars after long road trips in the heat 30 '. No appology just given key and told to find room told number on door. Over 50 rooms. Very dissappointed.

Clean and spacious, air conditioner on earlier than arrival as requested

Had to change rooms so could park car next to room, this meant air conditioner not on in new room-in heat of summer room took 2&1/2 hours to cool. Need to designate parking spaces for all rooms-the hexagon room set up meant one car parked in the space for 3-5 rooms. Web should specify which rooms have adjacent parking-king deluxe doesn’t for 4 of the 5 rooms.

Pet friendly, quiet. Car park near room. Clean and spacious. We were initially booked into a cabin near to other people and the car park was quite full and lacked space for us. After speaking to the staff, they were very flexible and moved us to another cabin with better parking. Good facilities in the room and the aircon worked well at reducing the 38 degrees temp to a pleasant 19.

I wish the doors blocked out the light from outside that stays on all night or curtains could cover door also. There are no plates at all in the room for a quick getaway breakfast. Staff did supply when i asked..

Beautiful accommodation. Foxtel available. Comfortable bed. Secure and gated from 2200 to 0600. Restaurant on site. Good food, but too large portions.

Reception not open at check-in time. Had to wait in the hot parking lot. No microwave, dishes, or cutlery available in the room.

The rooms are a good size, restaurant food for dinner was good. Staff members were great

Rooms are a bit tired, need some maintenance. Table top in the room was wobbly, bathroom needs updating and abit more cleaning, tiles on shower floor need a good scrub.

The sense of security and onsite restaurant were a big plus for this stay as we have stayed here before.

The toilet was slowly running all the time and the mangle of TV and other connections were a mess waiting for a disaster to happen.

The room was spacious, the bed super confortaable and the restaurant food excellent. Staff were excellent, friendly and professional. Very happy all round.

Bathrrom a bit basic but nothing to worry about.

Received an email before arriving said that I will get 10% discount when I have a dinner in Ann’s restaurant. But when I was checking in, the staff told me that the restaurant is closed tonight.

The lights in the room were dull and some not working. The shower was leaking and dripping. Was hard to moderate water temperature.
