The breakfast is good and the staff is super friendly. I needed hot water a couple of times to drink my tea during the day, and they always helped me providing hot water on my thermal bottle. The location is also excellent, where you will be close to the city centre, but also very close to a small park where you can see some little monkeys some times.

The internet in the room was not very reliable. We stayed in 2 different rooms already, and one of them the shower kept water dropping non-stop, not a big issue.

The apartment is spacious and clean and has all the services and a terrace, which is a nice thing. There is also a bidet in the bathroom, which is the most important thing regarding cleanliness.

There was no air freshener inside the elevator and the corridors had an unacceptable smell

Large room, tidy, very clean. Great breakfast buffet with good variety. Staff very friendly and approachable, went out of their way to help make our stay comfortable

Wifi is very patchy and slow at times. Pool was closed for maintenance. Extra cost to use stove for cooking
