The front desk was able to fulfill my request for a room with the spectacular view and spacious balcony--perfect for my meetings. The king size bed provided me with the best sleep I've had in years :-) Housekeeping was great and the staff at the restaurant was excellent.

During checkout, my assistant was charged for an extra room-key that she never requested or received. I was the only one who requested the extra room key for my room. I suspect that she got charged because her room was reserved under my booking #. Also, though I did not take advantage of the swimming pool, it looks like it needs to be resurfaced or remodeled because it looks dirty.

Friendly staff. Amazing views of the volcano and the mountains / lake. The rooms are modern and were clean and had all the basic tolietries. Good selection of food for the breakfast buffet that tasted great. The pool has amazing views and is quite large. Only thing is the pool doesn't seem to be heated and is cold early in the morning. Hotel location is very good. About a 5min walk to a small little shopping complex and local resuatrants. Sky ranch is also right next door.

Ambience, room quality, service.

Not much area outside the building to walk around. You are stuck in the room or in Bellisima. Bfast doesn't have much variety with respect to breads, cheese, cold cuts. Good for Filipino breakfast, though.

Staff were very helpful and attentive. Food was good. The view is of course is amazing, and the highlight of the hotel.

Rooms could be quieter. I could hear water running thru the pipes whenever people from nearby rooms use their bathroom. Wedding was held during my stay there, which was very bothersome for other guests since the hotel is not that big so they occupied a large portion of the common areas. Area were wedding was held was also very open and right next to lobby. So noise/music from the wedding permeated the whole hotel.

Service was good.

I didn’t like having to pay for an extra pillow and extra water. There’s no cell signal.

Room is clean and common areas are not too crowded. Overall, place is relaxing.

Ala carte food is too salty and oily. Breakfast is too dry as well. Pool is not heated and with Tagaytay’s usual weather, swimming in their pool was quite a challenge.

The breakfast buffet quality was average. It can be improved. Also, the appointment for the spa was already fully booked even though we just checked in at 4pm.

The location was nice just beside the skyranch. The room was clean though we hoped we could have an option to have 1 king size bed instead of 2 double beds. The food tastes great too, and the staff was very friendly.

There are some facilities that are quite untidy.

Love the food at Belissima. View is good and relaxing. Love the acoustic during dinner. Spa was good.

Blow dryer in the room not working. Noise at the pool, noise coming from ceiling and you can hear every time someone is walking at the corridor. Door locks a bit jammed for both rooms we have occupied.

Beautiful view of Taal Lake. Breakfast buffet was good. Room was comfortable. Staff were very solicitous.

There was an event in the evening and the other guests were making noise in the corridor in the early morning for quite some time.
