Room and bathroom were good and met my expectations. A bus stop outside the hotel made it convenient to travel into the city centre. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

I stayed for two nights, and did not realise at the outset that my room would not be 'cleaned/made up' after the first night. The room was on the ground floor with the window for ventilation opening onto the inner courtyard where guests could sit at a number of tables. With the window open I found the chatter a little irksome, but more annoying was the cigarette fumes coming into the room. The window had to be kept shut.

The hotel is beautifully kept within easy distance of eating and local sites. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious with comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and helpful for these non-German speaking sisters!

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Nice. There was a coffe/tea machine in the room. Rooms are small but you can adjust the room t° by yourself.

Good hotel located conveniently to all major attractions. Good breakfast. Comfortable room. Very helpful staff.

Undercover parking for bicycle would be appreciated.

The Room was quite clean. Other than the Showerhead, the Bathroom was in perfect Condition. My Stay was in Wilhelms Haven Hotel and this Hotel is quite close to Wilhelmshaven Train Station and reachable on foot. Although this Hotel is somewhat in a busy area, there were no traffic Sounds and no loud Noises. It was somewhat a peaceful Stay.

I stayed at Wilhelms Haven Hotel. This Hotel is not bad. But, the Reservation was somehow changed/rebooked in/into/to this Hotel (and not in Hotel Banter Hof, where I booked a Room initially) on the Day of my Checkin and on day of my Travel to Wilhelmshaven. This was done, as both Hotels belong to the same Management. This sudden Change was confusing. I travelled to Wilhelmshaven (for over 15 Hours by multiple Trains) for an Interview. I was already under Pressure and this sudden, unexpected Change was a little bothersome. Although the Hotel was rebooked/changed to Wilhelms Haven Hotel, I was getting messages unter the Name of 'Hotel Banter Hof', so I didn't know, where I had to go after getting off the Train, to Hotel Banter Hof or to Wilhelms Haven Hotel. I took a shot and went to Wilhelms Haven Hotel, as it is quite close to the Train Station. Somehow I ended up at the Place, where I had the Booking. It would have been better if this Confusion could have been avoided, maybe atleast 1 Day in Advance.
