The owner of this hotel’s hospitality is top-notched level. They allowed us very early check-in and late check-out depending on our bus schedule. The lady was so friendly that I felt like I was staying at my aunt’s home. She helped me to do the laundry and even allowed me to use her motorbike to visit some near beaches with very low cost. The breakfast was also very good. The location is little bit away from busy main street but it will keep you away from full of chinese tourists. The room is comfy, pillow cover and linen is clean. My daughter liked everything about here. Highly recommended. 10/10

Most important the two hosts are amazing, so chill, funny and helpful. They are doing everything to make sure you enjoy your stay. We had drinks together, they helped us whenever we needed anything like guidelines with local beaches, markets, doctors, transportation, etc. Breakfast was the best I had in Cambodia throughout the 5 times I've been there, the beach is literally cross the street and there is a very good restaurant just next to the place. Will definitely revisit the place next time we're in Sihanoukville.

Rooms could have been larger, but again we've only used those to sleep so no big inconvenience :) Not related to the place, there are excellent beaches nearby but they are annoyingly dirty.

The owners are absolutely lovely. They gave us very good advice for visiting the area, they were always available for us and the breakfast! Incredible, enormous, amazing. Plus one welcome drink of our choice and one farewell drink. Very clean room.

Well, that’s Sihanoukville: you never know when there will be building work next door or not. Therefore, the photos are quite outdated: there is no more coffee/restaurant nearby the small river, the government took the place back to build something. But it wasn’t so noisy, even in the morning.

I really enjoyed the quiet, hospitality and both the owners are very much involved and it was great finding a place I will visit more often since I felt at home there, and with the new express way it only takes about 3 hours to Phnom Penh compared to before when it took roughy 6hours. So with only 3 hours on the road it's a great location right on the beach for a weekend getaway from the city.

Well, what can I say. As a long-term travelling Brit who lived in Germany for 10 years, I was delighted to meet Kerstin and Gerald when I arrived. They made me feel welcome and at home from that point on. After a long chat, I told them I missed good German roast pork, and what happened? it appeared on my dinner table the next evening with red cabbage, mashed potatoes, gravy and the works! After living off rice and noodles for almost 2 months, I was delighted. I don’t know how they did it but they did :) The little oasis is perfectly positioned between 2 beaches and away from the town. As for the beds: I hadn’t slept that well in weeks, including in 5 star hotels. The TV channel choices were great, although I hardly watched anything. I had an early start the morning I left and had a full “goody bag” given to me to take away which, was well needed! The hosts and guests were lovely, and I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town! fantastic location, super helpful staff,amazing breakfast, comfortable beds.beach on the doorstep and just far enough away from busy town to walk to for market , pharmacy and restaurants although the best restaurant is next door, would not hesitate to stay again and sad to be leaving.

only to say that don’t go by first impression as outside entrance could do with updating, looking a little tired.

This is a little oasis of an original relaxing small guest house next to the beach within the modern sino-centric development of Sihanoukville. The owners are most welcoming making an enjoyable stay. Beach is good sand with shade and safe areas to swim and just across the road.

If you know Sihanoukville before, everything is now different. The pool rather suffers from leaves as the vegetation has grown a lot.

The German lady who runs the place, mad as a fruitcake in a good way, she was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, breakfast was also excellent!

Location not great as not a lot of amenities around it but that can't be helped.

great location across from the beach…Kirsten (owner) went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay…her breakfasts and coffee were both delicious! We enjoyed the pool and getting to learn about Sihanouk…awesome time!

It is a small guest house among big hotels. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The owner is kind and friendly. Good and generous breakfast. It is located out of the city center in a quiet position.

The hotel is old and it needs a refresher. Maybe a little bit expensive for the quality of the place.
