The hotel has air conditioning on waiting, the room was ready early, the people on the front desk were great The location was nice , next to tram stops and a nice location. Very pretty outside. Rewe next door was convenient The bathroom is great.

The elevator was a nightmare, of wait one customer screaming and swearing his head off due to wait but that is not the fault of hotel, The breakfast room was much too hot to sit in there , particularly since was extremely busy and the take away coffee machine was out of coffee. There is a nice little cafe across the street to get around this issue .

The location is great. The receptionist was very kind. Our train wasn't leaving until the evening, and we wanted to explore the city, so we left our heavy backpacks at the hotel, even after checking out. The room was very good, but for the price we paid, the pillow could have been more comfortable, but this is a common problem in Germany in general. 9/10.

The pillows weren't comfortable, and we had about 30 minutes to leave our room, and the housekeeping staff knocked on our door twice to ask if we were ready to leave. I know staff have set schedules, but that's exactly why check-in and check-out times exist, and 30 minutes before 12 PM isn't 12 PM yet.

The room was small, but comfortable. The location was fantastic, across the street from the cathedral and market area with lots of restaurants and shopping. There was a large grocery store next door. The parking garage was very convenient but did cost extra. Breakfast cost extra so we opted out, but it looked very nice. The best part was the friendly and very helpful receptionist! We would highly recommend this hotel.

There were no chairs, just uncomfortable stools. The shower was very small. No closet, but a hanging space.

I came to the hotel late night and had to do an automatic check-in. While I was doing it outside of the hotel and nobody was around, someone very suspicious approached me and asked whether he can check in. He looked suspicious and his story did not seem true. When the security guy came out from the hotel, he just left. It was then so obvious to me, how dangerous was the situation. Thank you, B&B for having a security guard around. It protects so many lives 🙏 the room inside is really nice, bed comfortable and generally very clean. For the price, you can not find a better deal.

Great place for one night stop travelling home from Poland. Nice room, very clean, convenient location for town and restaurants. No hesitation recommending this accommodation.

No drink making facilities in the room.

Location was superb for event I attended in Georg Friedrich Hãndel Halle

It would have been great if there had been more kettles available so we could all have hot tea in our rooms whenever we liked.

Gave up trying to find any temperature lower than boiling hot for the shower, having tried every possible manoeuvre. Ended up washing outside running shower Japanese and washing and rinsing my hair in sink with help from paper cup

Spacious room for a small family. Friendly staff. Clean facilities all throughput. And delicious breakfast buffet!

There were a few opened electrical outlets in the hallway that weren’t closed off.

room overlooked by many other window and no privacy so curtains needed to be closed, only one lift so on occasion had to wait quite a long time. Small bathroom.

Perfectly situated in the town centre and right next to a supermarket! Breakfast room is bright and you have a great view over the square.

Breakfast was fine, but basically continental which is a bit disappointing for the price.
