The host is amazing. He speaks English very well, he explains things thoroughly and will help you a lot. He is so kind and so caring. He even brought us to the train station in the morning no free of charge! The room was spacious, and optimized to have exactly what you need. There was a little bar in the lobby where you can take free coffee, tea and milo. And there is possibility to buy drinks and snacks at the lobby from the host. Location was good, walking distance from the Ceramic Museum and the City centre.

The beds were quite hard, but we managed to sleep well anyways. If you are a light sleeper, it might be better to bring earplugs as you can hear cars in the morning driving over the sewage covers.

It's clean and quiet. Rooms are spacious. AC works well and lots of natural light. The host is very kind and helpful.

It's a little far from the centre, but still walkable if it's not too hot I found the.beds are quite firm. The host did move me to another room that had a topper and it was better.

The owner makes your stay in Lampang be memorable. With huge attention to detail, this caring man was a delight from the first moment. He exceeded any expectations one could have had! The room is spacious and clean, the bed is the normal hard matress you find in Thailand. Wifi works fine, and you have available coffee downstairs to start up your day. The location is near a 7 eleven and a street with many food options. About 20min walk from the weekend market. If ever back to Lampang will for sure stay there again!

Super friendly owner. Room is old but clean enough. Price/quality is match here. If you will feel too old fashioned there is a nice coffee shop opposite hotel.

Everything was perfect. The room was big and clean, everything worked well. We stayed two more days because of Lampang and the nice Hotel. The owner was sooooo nice, when we left he drove us to the bus station ...
