The view, location, and atmosphere were excellent. The food was also very delicious.

The prices were flexible. I noticed a significant price difference in just one month, as well as between booking.com and the hotel website. Check-in is a bit slow. Because we came as a group I don't understand why I need to fill out a form even though I made an online booking. I see some hotels do that and others don't.

Comfortable, convenient and lovely view of Tahko mountain from the balcony room with view.

The rooms don’t have good noise prevention- could hear people in the hallway evening and morning and also the noise from the street.

staffs are all extremely nice and kind. location is superb! room has built-in sauna and drying box, excellent! breakfast is also awesome , especially with icecream option for kids right in the morning. 😊

room size is a little too small for 4 persons family. we had to stay on own bed all the time to save the limited space. electricity slots are way too little and spread in strange place. with everybody using pads, phones, it’s clearly needing more slots, cables to supply charging needs. lunch buffet is just mediocre, no ice cream was a biggest disappointment. 😅

rooms are very small - clearly not a 4 star hotel. if you travel with sports equipment it gets very crowded.

Value for money...quite old and unmaintained hotel, ready for renovation...poor room insulation, noisy.
