Probably the nicest place in TorC to stay. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and varied. King suite was roomy and comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Jennifer in the breakfast room took extra care of us.

Tub floor extremely slippery. Had to lay washcloths on the bottom in order to not be in fear the whole time showering. Rooms need a little updating - which we were told would be happening in 2025. Housekeeping never changed our bed linens in over a week.

The woman who checked us in was nice. The rooms were clean. The lobby was clean. The included breakfast was great for a holiday inn, with a range of food options including oatmeal, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls, toast, bagels, cereal, fruit, and yogurt. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but they looked nice.

The showerhead in our room was not great. Water sprayed outward rather than down. Probably clogged by calcium buildup and needs to be replaced.

Clean hotel and room and everything was nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed! Pool and hot tub were excellent. Staff were very nice.

The room never cooled down as much as I wanted, no matter what we set the temperature at. The hallways and shared areas were too warm (our room was cooler than the hallways and general areas, but still didn't really feel air-conditioned). The front desk was not constantly staffed.

The staff was phenomenal.The front desk staff were amazing. My sugar dropped in the evening, so I asked the lady at the front desk if I could get some juice from the machine. She said " yes if the machine isn't on to let her know and she would come turn it on for me." It was on, so I didn't need to bother her. My family of 4 stayed 2 nights with our 2 large dogs. The pool and hot tub were open until 11pm. Breakfast was great with different options. The juice machine in the breakfast area had oj, apple, and cranberry juices to choose from. The hotel was right off the highway.

The carpet in our room needs to be steamed cleaned. I walked across the carpet in white socks. They were black after walking across the room from the windows to the door. The doors were hard to open with the key cards. We had to put them in several times every time to open the door to our room and the outside doors. The pool room was very hot and stuffy with the windows open in there. The elevator was really hot and slow. That the hotel doesn't make dogs be on leashes. A guy let his little dog who had small dog syndrome run up and try to bite my dogs while my daughter and I were sitting on a bench outside with both of our dogs were leashed and laying on the ground at pur feet. Thankfully my dogs started barking and growling at the little dog who stopped trying to nip them. '

the mattress was so comfortable, rooms were clean and quiet, dark blinds, breakfast was good.

The elevator had broken down. we had to use the stairs to the third floor, but thankfully they fixed it next day. We were not told they had swimming pool and hot tub. We found out on our last night there. So we went to the Walmart located next to the hotel and we were able to get in it before we went to bed.

This hotel always looks well-maintained and fresh. Great linens, no little bottles of toiletries (yay), black-out window treatment. We don't have an EV, but there are charging stations. Breakfast options were great- turkey sausage, eggwhite omelets along with other items.

Cleanliness and amenities available

I didn’t like the front desk guy’s uncaring behavior towards me at arrival. I definitely didn’t appreciate the kitchen lady rudely raising her voice to another guest because he didn’t tell her there was no coffee! It’s her job to be checking every so often.

This hotel was fresh and clean with great amenities. We will definitely stay here again when on our way to or from Colorado to Arizona. Also, we loved being able to charge our EV.

I didn’t like that when we went to check-in, that our reservation wasn’t there. Very disappointed as I had booked ahead of time and had a reservation confirmation through booking.com. Fortunately, they had a room for us.

Pool was nice, a little cloudy though. Great that it was indoors, so not dependent on seasonal use as is the case with so many others.

Tried to call to specify a ground floor reservation. On hold for 15 min, finally gave up. Kept trying later, but could not get through to staff. Left a message, though they never called back.

Breakfast attendant was super sweet and helpful. Man at the counter responded immediately to concern of a slow tub drain for the next customer. Breakfast was delicious

Slow drain. No one’s fault. Told the guy at the desk when checking out and he started a ticket to get it fixed for the next guest immediately.
