Staff was excellent, friendly & very helpful. Bed was comfortable. Hot springs soaks very well organized & accommodating. Breakfast was great. Good location for walking to shops and restaurants

STAIRS! No options for getting to second floor. Older guests found that pretty difficult. It would have been nice to have a comfy chair in the room.

The soak, and breakfast were excellent! We will definitely come back for both. The staff was amazing and helped anyway they could. The relaxing was something that I hadn’t experienced before and enjoyed myself.

The only complaint I had was the bed. It was higher on the footboard area and headboard area. This caused my back issue be noticeable. I feel that i could have had a better experience overall.

My husband had a lovely stay. Our room was very relaxing and cozy. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and filling. We enjoyed the hot springs soaks that were included in our stay in one of the outdoor tubs and one of the indoor tubs and really enjoyed the outdoor tub. We also explored the trails behind the property which lead to some beautiful views of the city at sunset.

Room was bright, clean and comfortable. Soaking amenities were very nice. Staff was very nice.

Stairs only option to get to room. Need to update curtains, towels, pillows, furnishings as they are worn. The restaurant is closed which puts a damper on the whole experience.

The hot spring tubs are amazing and relaxing. Continental Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and comfy and the balcony also was very relaxing. Had a great experience in the Spirit Tub, the family sized soak tub. It was perfect for our group.

The restaurant was not fully operational so we had to drive into town for food, but it was not a big deal. Recommend Los Arcos restaurant.

This was my first stay at the Sierra Grande Lodge. Booking was very easy, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was great, constable and clean. The in room two person bath tub is a wonderful amenity. The hot mineral water soaks are AMAZING. Had both indoor and outdoor soaks, the indoor was more enjoyable. Breakfast was tasty and restaurant staff was attentive and friendly. Overall, a great experience and I am already planning my next visit.

Only things I could think of were, it would’ve been nice to have a few more towels in the room. With all the soaking, we needed a few more dry towels. One more thing, the outdoor tub was quite close to the parking lot, so a guest was trying to park and apparently was having difficulty and we heard a lot of tires on gravel for a few minutes. Not the lodges fault, but was something to note.

The spa was amazing, relaxing and everything that was expected. Breakfast was delicious, light and satisfying, but unfortunately did not get the opportunity to experience the restaurant.

30 minutes in the spa went by extremely fast, would have liked to be able to enjoy longer time in the pool. Walking through the courtyard trail that leads to the main street, we were not able to access due to the gate being locked.

I have had over 100 massages in my life and Benjamin’s by far has been the absolute best I’ve ever received.

Although the breakfast was very good and Linda is awesome, I would have enjoyed a little variation with the menu. Add sausage one day. Perhaps waffles.

Friendly and helpful staff, great spa service and facility, clean soaking tubs

I went here with my best friend to just relax , it was perfect! Everything was amazing! Great location, walkable to many places to ship, et etc. Such a cute town!

WE were a bit disappointed the dining room was not open for dinner.Also a bit disappointed that we could not get into public hot springs or such without an appointment. We were very happy with our private 30 minute hot springs dip. The folks here very friendly and the town very nice as well.
