Every thing was good , we booked it for the location because we mainly intended to visit Switzerland, so it was the best location for us

We stayed on the top floor , the attic style room ,i could hear the passing car noise in the room especially in the morning, it annoyed me a bit

It is not so often that we go to a hotel and we saw nothing to improve or do better. The quality of the service, the welcome, attention to detail, and friendliness of the staff. Excellent food and quality at the restaurant: For breakfast, it is amazing with fresh bread baked by the chef, eggs the way you want, exceptional smoked salmon, homemade jam, and granola, really can not wait to go again and spend a lovely weekend there. The rooms are all new and renovated and just perfect (quality of bed and cleanliness). We could even buy some freshly baked bread and jam to come back home. Congratulations really for giving us an amazing weekend.

Silvia was super friendly. We arrived at the hotel with just 10 minutes to spare and she was ready to have the kitchen staff prepare a meal for us had we requested so. The rooms were well situated and we very comfortable. The area is absolutely beautiful. I hope to stay there again to do more hiking.

Christian & Sylvia are so welcoming. The new decking is wonderful to sit & have a beer or 2 in the afternoon sunshine. The rooms are comfortable & very clean. The restaurant food is excellent.

Our stays are always too short!

They had a spot prepared at the breakfast table for our 10-month old in the morning with an age appropriate toy! And their eggs were real eggs—not those typical nasty slimey hotel eggs. Room was large! 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, not a studio. They even had a towel warmer. You can tell they have an eye for detail and do everything at 110%.

I liked it all.

Hosts were helpful and generous with providing tools and their laundry room when we returned from a hike with mud on our clothes and boots. We were even invited to sit at the Stammtisch for breakfast.

The Resturant was not open on one day and I had to drive to another restuarant in the next village. However, o good one was recommended.

It is a wonderful accomodation in the southern area of Black Forest/Germany. The area is very peaceful with many hiking tour attractions. The breakfast is marvelous with many local food products. It has also a restaurant with five stars supply.

Wonderful experience. Lovely service, clean rooms and the restaurant is just sublime. Original and creative dishes with only quality produce. What a gem for the region.
