The staff was very helpful and friendly. The parking outside the hotel and underground is free. There is a fully equipped kitchenette in the room, which was very useful. The Lidl is a ten min walk from the hotel, so you could buy food to make yourself. The hotel is in an industrial area, close to my clients and ideal to get to early in the morning. The hotel has numerous automats with lots of variety of packed foods you could microwave in the common dining area. This caters for all types of diets. You can also check in yourself, should you arrive late. You get given a code for your room door. The room also had outside shutters you could roll down for the night. The food in the restaurant was amazing, best tomato spaghetti dish I have ever had!

The bed mattress was extremely hard. The wifi and phone signal was very weak. No soap dispenser in the shower.

Noise from the corridor Early morning, at 07:30, hotel started maintenance work with noisy tools.

We stayed at this hotel two times. The first time 22-23 Dec and the second time 2nd-3rd Jan. The first time everything was fine and the breakfast was really good. The hotel is beautiful, looks new and everything was good. The second time the room temperature was too high, but they left a fan ventilator and with that we had a good night. The second room was the sound isolation was very good compared to the first. In general, I do recommend this hotel.

The pillows in the rooms are too low, I forgot to ask for a second one, I mentioned before we stayed there 2 times. The first time the room temperature was too high, but the reception fixed it quick. The second time, the breakfast was Ok, but the first day was great. I understand that hotel was busy and the employees tried to do their best because they were understaff to handle such big wave of people at the sime time, but even with those small things I do recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was genuinely delightful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our experience very pleasant. The highlight was the convenient self-check-in process, which utilized an access code for seamless entry. Our time here was fantastic, and we highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was a bit warm, likely due to the holiday season and limited staff availability. However, it wasn't a significant issue as we could comfortably manage by keeping the windows open. Despite this small challenge, our overall experience remained positive and enjoyable.

Easy access from main road with underground parking. Lidl nearby. Friendly staff. Nice functional room with kitchen (oven, fridge and "tools" available). Bed on the harder side (which I prefer to the usual soft ones).

If the room is on the road side, noisy if the window is open, specially in the morning. If you ask, they can move you to the other side of the building. The shower tends to … humidify the whole bathroom floor.
