This hotel is perfect for anyone wanting to relax for a couple of days at Bad Zurzach thermal baths. A towel and bathrobe in a carry bag are provided by the hotel and entrance to the thermal baths, including the sauna house, are included in the price. The food at the restaurant was very good, especially the steak tartare. The room was sufficient and the bed was comfortable. It was also enjoyable to sit on the balcony and relax after spending the afternoon/evening at the baths. It's a very short walk from the hotel to the thermal baths. The receptionist was very friendly.

Close to the thermal baths. The hotel provides towels and bathrobe all in a bag so one can go to the thermal baths comfortably. They also have discounts for the thermal baths and can book it for you. They provide a list of local events. The restaurant is open quite long but for dinner the kitchen closes prior to thermal-baths closure so something to keep in mind.

Thermal bath is excellent! It was included for the 2 days and bath robes were also included with a bag to carry ! Everything well organized from that point. The parking as well great! Bathroom nice although without space to put things.

Beds in kids room were too bad, small and uncomfortable. The fridge didn’t work at all. Alexandra at the reception was sort of unfriendly. (Her colleague, do not remember the name was extremely kind and friendly). Breakfast ok, the space somehow tight, little space.

The bed could be wider a bit but it was very comfortable

Great breakfast buffet and super value for money to have access to Bad Zurzach spa for both the check-in and check-out days. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was excellent. Dinner at the hotel was a good value in food and service quality for a very reasonable price (not something I say often in Switzerland to be honest). Already planning a return trip!

Next time I will drive as the train and bus connections to where I live in Zurich weren’t super convenient and the hotel offered parking.

Excellent service, excellent breakfast, spacious and clean rooms, excellent hotel, access to the hot springs is included in the price.

Located a few minutes walk from the Thermae baths; tickets for which were included for the whole of our stay, including the day we left. Had a lovely spacious room with a good sized balcony.Also had a coffee machine. We’re able to lock our bikes securely in their garage. Breakfast and dinner both lovely and staff friendly and attentive.

Breakfast was exceptional. Especially bread and cheese. And thermebad tickets were available for free. I enjoyed a relaxing time there. The bed mattress was very comfortable. It seemed to be designed ergonomically.

The reception was only opened from 8am-6pm. I needed to check out at 7am and nobody was there in the reception. I just left my card key on the desk
