Quick check-in (we came earlier than 2pm) and checkout, no major issue, good location (close to the train station) and quiet place

The worker at the reception was really kind and professional but the old lady who was watering the plants when we parked our car was very aggressive, asking us to pay the parking or to leave because she assumed we did not pay for the place. When we asked if she speaks Englsih, she answered with a rude "no" but was understanding everything of what we were saying and kept talking rudely

The breakfast is plentiful and the staff at breakfast are very kind. The hotel is a few steps from the train station and supermarket, as well as a beautiful river walk. There is a coffee machine with coffee pods in the room which is great. The beds and bathroom of the room were very clean.

The walls are very thin and noise travels through the halls. You can hear people speaking in their rooms through the walls which can be difficult for people who are light sleepers.

Room is nice and comfortable, the staff is friendly and approachable. The location is a 5 min walk to the train station where you can catch a train going to the Zurich airport

The air condition is being switch off in the main control panel and we need to open the window as the outside is bit colder as we are staying in September but very noisy due to vehicle passing as we are facing the road.

Parking are possible both outside and also with garage. But the ramp in the garage is relatively small especially the 2nd floor. For compact, mid size car, is manageable if you are not the beginner. For Beginners, I suggest to opt for outside parking spots. Some storage close to the ramp also does not make it easier to drive down.

In my opinion, the accommodation was very comfortable (and quiet). Moreover, the location was as good as it could ever have been - just a few minutes from the train station of Dietikon by walking!

Very nice hotel. It is not a five-star hotel but the service is. From beginning to end we had an amazing exspirience. We have been greeted by Jasmina's reception lady with a warm personality very helpful, kind, and profesional The hotel has Swiss quality and is good, comfortable, and clean everywere your going. The beds are comfy. It is really near the train station. The restaurant is fabulous with great quality food and service. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Reasonable price at a convenient location. I will surely stay here again and again. Well done to you all specially Jasmina xxx

Very friendly staff. Room very functional, bed comfortable. Free underground parking.

Proposal for improvement: front desk closed pretty early, but backup solution, using a machine giving the key. This may be a problem if the customer has an issue with his cellphone at this time, and is not informed about it. Would be better to communicate this information in advance, about the procedure to get the key if the reception is closed. But at the end everything was well managed :-)

The breakfast was excellent with ample choices. A bonus was that this hotel has on site complimentary parking.

As one would expect from an older European hotel, the room was on the small side.

We stayed in the Junior Suite. The room seemed more like a 4 star hotel than a 3 star one. The breakfast was very good in terms of choice and quality. The location is also great, it's a 10 minutes ride from the central station.

Rooms are nice, well equipped, all is actually fine. The staff was nice too, and I liked the bathroom.

I think there was a slight smell in the room. The environments are OK, the township is ok (newly developing part of town) but it's typical for a part of town a bit outskirts.
