The hotel is good. There is a big shopping mall with suppermarkets, cafes and shops next to the hotel. Walking to the local station is about 12-15 minutes. The pavement and alley are in good condition, so it was easy for us to pull our heavy luggages on the road to the station. The train to Zurich Central Station is about 25 minutes. The reception and room service was very good. The staff in reception solved my request to add the tissue very quick.

This is a Four Stars hotel so I think the room cleaning and housekeeping should be better. In the second day of staying, the towels were not changed enough all types as equipped in the first day. Tea bags was not add in the second day.

The high quality of customer service provided by Sindy Fischer left a massive positive impression on us. She was often the first person we greet in the mornings and she was always ready to provide the best possible options, be it for breakfast or for things to do in Zurich. She is a great ambassador for the hotel. Thank you also for the backroom staff of the breakfast team for offering wonderful options behind the scenes!

I've spent in the hotel a few days, was there mostly for business, the room was big, with a carpet, a desk, a little tea table, a fridge, a sofa. I like when hotel room is spacious. Everything was clean, hotel room has been cleaned every day, shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom was in big containers so no need to save. From the outside the building seems to be old, but no problem. Good continental breakfast, WiFi OK.

If bathroom door will be opened carelessly, you may hit the shower pane :)

Easy access by car from Zurich. Clean. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. Big room.

Paid parking is in front of the hotel and the space is small. We were asked to move the car from the entrance during check in, having to carry the luggage from a distance of 20 meters instead of 5 meters. Because I didn't have 2 credit cards at check-in, I had to pay the guarantee in cash, losing in the end when converting the euro to franc. At the hotel restaurant we waited 10 minutes for someone to pay attention to us. Being located on the 5th floor, access is only by elevator with the card associated with the room. As a family of 3 we only received 1 card and we had to organize ourselves very well to get to the room.

That hotel was really great,clean and very comfortable for a family of 4. The family rooms were of good size. They had quite a few restaurant options nearby. Also good shopping center nearby to shop before you take your flight out of zurich. There is a bus stop opposite to the hotel with regular buses to the train station.

It was a bit away from zurich though you should be able to reach zurich or airport within 20-30mins.

We were an hour early and our room wasn't ready but the clerk was able to find us a room. The workers were very nice, I had a great chat with one of the housekeeping workers via Google translate. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy and a decent size for our group of 4.

Paying for parking. Although this is normal in Switzerland, when you have an 850 lot carpark, the least they could do is offer free parking. 20CHF/night is very steep. - Buffet breakfast would have been 20CHF/day if I had added it to our booking but at the hotel is 28CHF.

Room it was very good, with peace for rest, Breakfast it was excellent, with different options, very fresh and also very tasty, Room it was very clean, with all additional equipment necessary for normal operation.

Parking must to be free of charge for any guest who stay in hotel without any amount of money like deposit.

We came from Rome and needed a stay for the night but we were late with getting a hotel so we called to check in at 3 am and was no problem. Bed was very comfortable and everything looked neat. Next to the hotel there's a shopping centre. This was very convenient for breakfast since the breakfast was a bit on the pricey side.

Why I didn't gave a 10 is because the hairdryer looked a bit dirty and was sticky.

We really liked the hotel The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were providing sufficient space and they were clean and nice. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet district. There is also a small nice shopping center next to the hotel.

Our stay was all very fine, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in a very nice district. However the only minor issue is, it takes around 30 minutes to reach the the city center Zurich. Apart from the traffic, it was really very fine.

- The staff. They were so polite and went out of their way to help. - Location was perfect for our purposes. - Room's look was a bit dated but had everything we needed and it was clean. - Being adjacent to the Zentrum mall is a big plus.
