The room was fabulous! Huge, comfortable, with a garden view and private patio. Feather comforters and pillows, abundant towels, and excellent housekeeping!

Sort of too quiet as not highly staffed and so food service not easily available, and prices for food were quite high anyway. It was weird knowing there was no real “lobby” or staff in case of emergency.

Super friendly staff who arranged for me to get my key and find my room even after arriving at midnight. Lovely clean room with everything you need, very quite, comfy beds. I forgot to bring an EU/Swiss adapter and they brought me a Swiss (very good power) hairdryer to use within minutes! Excellent all around!

The owner was very helpful and kind. The rooms (outside the main building) were big and swiss clean. The breakfast was very good (yoghurt, crusli, fresh breads and chess and jam and coffee/tea and juices) and there was a lot of parking space.

It was a typical old fashioned local hotel in an area near Herrliberg and Zurich. It is not modern, but 80s style, the breakfast had no eggs and other fancy stuff. But all that was ok - because that is also not what we booked and we wanted te local flavour for a reasonable price.

Perfect for 1 night stay. Great Price, free parking in Front of the entrance. I would come back for business.

I didn’t find the hairdryer, even though I searched it everywhere.

Situated in the center of a quiet little village, the hotel was very conveniently located, near to Zurich while at the same time very peaceful and surrounded by greenery.
