Parking was also easy, the underground garage was also accessible by elevator. Part of the parking lot is reserved for hotel guests. Bathroom is equipped with bathtub, you didn't have to wait long for hot water. There is also a great self-service restaurant in the shopping center accessible from the ground floor of the hotel. Connecting to wifi was quite difficult on one of our devices. At breakfast, refilling the consumption and cleaning the tables showed temporary difficulties by the curly haired waitress who was visibly unable to smile,specifically giving the impression that she doesn't like her job. .. It was also typical that, in the absence of house rules or management, lonely people sat down to breakfast at the 6-person tables, with whom one would not necessarily want to eat at the same table.

Great location just 5min from the train station. Lots of shops (grocery stores) right next to it as the hotel is placed on top of a shopping mall. Amazing breakfast - they also organized gluten free bread for us. Amazing service and very attentive staff! Great price value! If you’re looking for a great hotel in the middle of Uster - then it’s Illuster!

Room was super spacious with a balcony. Bathroom had a bathtub and strong water pressure and hot water which was very relaxing after cold days outside . Breakfast was tasty. The hotel is in the supermarket/mall type of complex which was convenient if you needed anything and it was extremely close to the train station. I would definitely stay again

Breakfast buffet was amazing. Location couldn't be better, right smack in the middle and very close to the train station. Great base to explore Uster on foot and the region by train.

Bathroom too small, shower stall not fully closed (water splashing all over), no AC in room - might become more important with global climate change.

Our 7th floor room was comfortable with a pleasant balcony and very nice views. Breakfast was all you’d want in a pleasant dining room. All staff were very friendly. The hotel is situated right in the centre of a shopping centre and is very convenient for the train and bus stations.

The bathroom was on the small side.

Beautiful clean room very good breakfast staff very accommodating and friendly next to a shopping centre and large supermarket the town was really lovely and very close train station good for travelling into zurich would recommend staying in this town and catching train to zurich 20 min train ride rather than staying in zurich itself zurich is very expensive

We have used this hotel in the past and it meets our requirements when visiting the area, convenient to train, bus and air travel. The staff have remained a constant offering assistance when required.

The breakfast the hotel provided was very good quality. I appreciate that they prepared the food safe for the allergic person as I requested when they contacted me in advance.

There is only a small selection of vegetables at breakfast. In general, it can be said that the breakfast offer can by no means be called lavish, but for an average breakfast, you won't get bored during a short stay.
