Spacious room, nicely decorated. Spotlessly clean. Daily cleaning and fresh towels. Bed was good. Bathroom comfortable. Wine glasses high quality. Towels were fantastic. Power outlets all over the place. Nice lighting. During daytime the tram stop in front of the hotel is convenient. It brings you to Stettbach ior Walisellen station and from there to Zurich center or airport.

Small things. The location is not good for public transport close to/after midnight (Uber is your friend). The shower cabin could have been a bit larger. Operating the heating/airconditioning was not very intuitive, luckily we had chilly nights and could open the window for fresh air. There was a Nespresso machine, but no capsules. Instead (very Swissly calculated) two sachets of instant coffee per room/per day. I don't understand that choice.

We stayed here for a concert at The Hall and the location was perfect - 3 tram stops away. We had a suite and the room was large, although sadly (given the size of the room ) the bed was a basic double. Beds are bigger in the regular twin rooms so next time I would book that. The kitchenette is small but well equipped for basic meal prep. The bathroom was large, clean and the shower was excellent. Our room was mere meters from a train line and I was expecting a lot of noise, but the room is extremely well soundproofed and the blackout curtains work well.

Given the price of the room it would have been nice to have a few coffee capsules and tea bags/milk included. These are available at reception for at least a 50% markup. If I had known nothing was included I could have bought my own. The breakfast is very overpriced for what is included.

The location was perfect! The property is right outside a tram stop, which takes you to the mall, and a couple of connecting train stations. The staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast had a good bircher muesli, and the rooms were modern and clean.

We couldn't seem to bring the room up to a comfortable temperature, so we were constantly cold. The front desk was kind enough to provide a small heater, but it wasn't really a solution. This may not be a problem if you're visiting in the spring or summer, but we were there in the winter.

From the front desk, one can notice how kind and helpful the staff is. They helped me with directions around the city and general information. The room was clean and spacious, all utilities in check. Breakfast was yummy with a wide variety.

Breakfast is not tended on the spot, one must wait a bit at times or choose something else. One misunderstanding regards parking, as it is not private or free of charge; it can cost anything between 12 and 25 CHF, depending on the app one uses, which I also found confusing.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and overall building. Kitchen and many other facilities available in the apartment. Washing machine available for a nominal charge. Powerful iron and a microwave given in the common area. Parking is available with a charge. Tram station is just a min walk away. Supermarket is nearby on a 5 mins walk.

Parking cost is approx 25 franks per night. The train passes just in front of the 3rd floor rooms facing road and it could be noisy if you want to open the windows of the apartment facing road side. The apartment is on a 20 mins drive from Zurich main city, however, for me it was not an issue as I was renting a car and wanted to live in a quiet area.

The curtains allowed for 100% darkness which I appreciate. The bed was SUPER comfortable... wow! All around great stay :) despite the hallway noise easily entering room. Would stay again.

Only bad point was there was no iron in the room and the check in agent did not explain anything about the service point/room. That would have been helpful! Cleaning is loud and very early. Loud because the walls.. or possibly doors are thin and can hear all hallway sounds.

We like the space, furnishings, soundproofing. The staff were friendly and helped us with transportation options and answered all our questions. It is only 20 minutes from City Center with the tram right across from the hotel.

If I had to say anything it would be that there was no facial tissues provided and the toilet paper was really rough like paper almost. But again, just nitpicking here and overall we enjoyed the hotel very much.

It was clean and comfortable

Parking was extra - we should have paid for the outside parking - the hotel clerk made us feel inferior as stating that we wouldn’t understand the parking outside to do it - so we paid $25 francs a day for parking in the garage. Also breakfast was $23 francs - telling us we wouldn’t get a better breakfast around for less than that - again making us feel inferior as as Traveller.

Everything is perfect in this hotel. The room is super, the staff is super, fast wifi, super nice balcony,

Unfortunately, I had to pay extra for the parking. I would expect to have a parking lot for the price I paid. Also, no breakfast is included. Some of the rooms are few meters away from the passing trains, which makes it impossible to sleep

Great location , close to transport

I was here for 5 nights and the room on this stay had a portable kitchenette on wheels with no microwave. The staff were very helpful and lent me one to use but it was a bit inconvenient. (On other stays the kitchen was built in and much better equipped)
