Great food, good staff and very accommodating.

The rooms were not accessible via elevators directly involved us dragging out heavy luggage through a flight of stairs, a.ramp.on the side would have helped.

The hotel is really nice , good spacious rooms. We loved our room , it had a great view of the lake. Location is also great , just a few minutes walk to the nearest tram station. All the receptionists were very nice and helpful with information, and any of our requests , like they provided us with a converter for our phone. The breakfast spread is very good too , all the waiters were really nice and cheerful .

Only issue we faced was with the housekeeping staff whom we found rude. We complained about them as well.Also, the room was not cleaned properly. This was the only negative thing about our stay there . But still we'd love to be back !

The hotel is next to the Zurich Zoo with lots of recreation facilities nearby. We love the view overlooking Zurich that surrounded with mountains. The breakfast was quite nice and the room is in a good size and condition. The location is near the tram line 6 and bus 36. Tram line 6 goes to Zurich central directly every 4 or 6 mins. It is really convenient for us but a 24 hours ticket to hop on and off the tram. You can take the tram from the main train station as well. It is just a nice place to stay with family and friends.

The bar service could be a bit more efficient.

The staff was very friendly and very good with our kids, ages 7 and 4. The views were stunning and property was beautiful. It felt like you were in the countryside, because there was a lot of open space and trails around you and the kids could explore and run, so that was wonderful. The tram went right near the hotel and was only a short walk to the location. We walked to the zoo and the zoo was wonderful. We had dinner at the hotel and they were very accomodating of kids and gave little kids packets, with games, coloring, and stickers. They were the best kid packets I've ever seen at a restaurant. The food was excellent and the views wonderful. Also, they put little teddy bears on the beds for the kids, so cute.

We got a room with a lake view, which was beautiful and had a little balcony, which was nice, but it was right over the bar, which wasn't great. It stay pretty loud until about 1am. We were there on a Saturday night. It wasn't terrible, but if you or your kids are light sleepers it would be difficult, especially in Summer. The AC doesn't work great, so we were leaving the windows open for a breeze and cool down, but with the noise that was a little tough. Still had a wonderful stay, but just something to consider if you're getting a lake view.

The location is great next to the zoo. Had some beautiful grassy areas nearby that the kids could run in. The rooms were a good size and clean. The front desk staff and 2 restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.

The restaurant staff were split 60/40 in terms of how friendly they were. 60% looked like they didn't want to be at work. One rolled her eyes when we asked to order breakfast. One told us to use our eyes to see what seats were empty when we asked to be seated at a table. I don't think there is much restaurant training.

The hotel has dream views over Zurich and with the Tram station is just a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. The room we had was nice and modern. The breakfast was good, delicious cheese, really good eggs (whether scramble or other styles), apart from the incident in terms of meat selection. Overall we had a good time there. For those who arrive with a car, the hotel has a carpark and the charges are reasonable compared to what you will get charged in the center.

The room was facing towards arrival lobby, hence people who were hiking could see into the room and in the morning you were greeted by the garbage truck. A bit unpleasant and surely not worth the money, if you get a room with this kind of location. During breakfast we were told that meats can only be ordered from the menu, it seems like the person is still trying to find to slay a cow or pig to get the meat to the breakfast. I am for not wasting food, but then i need to make it clear to guests and when someone orders meat to actually bring it and not ignore it!

Where the property was located was fantastic (20 min tram ride from main train station) as it backed onto the most magical forest with walking tracks, therefore was lovely and quiet. The room we had was great, beds comfy, decent space, with a couch and area for luggage and enjoyed use of the Nespresso machine in the room. Clean. The Fondue Chalet (on the property) was such a wonderful traditional Swiss experience. We had the fondue and it was delicious. Overall a lovely hotel.

Breakfast was a little limited in choice (no bacon or sausages) but what was available was nice.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it. My room was comfortable and provided everything needed for a pleasant stay. From the balcony I had a stunning view of Lake Zurich and the Alps. The staff were friendly as well as professional and the breakfast was also excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The location is very quiet – the Zurich Zoo is within walking distance and I appreciated the convenience of safely parking my car in the hotel's underground garage. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable and I look forward to returning in the future.

the location is excellent. very accessible. the tram #6 is only 3 mins walk from the hotel and it goes right to the central town. staff are amazing. very welcoming and helpful receptionists. the cleaning service is exceptional. they took care of every detail in the room to an extent where they decorated our own tissue box which we had with us while traveling. very toddler friendly. if you have a baby they'll enjoy their stay. the view is so beautiful. you get to see whole Zürich from the third floor if where you're staying. Breakfast is so fancy. the waiters will take care of you and make sure you're taken care of.

The location was amazing surrounded by nature and there is a sorell park nearby for walk. Room was so clean.

1- The breakfast is kinda boring for long a stay. 2- the air conditioner is not working properly it was so hot but the staff brought a fan which saved us. 3-There is Indian staff at the restaurant was so rude and had a temper i asked him to clean a table because the view was nice and he ask me to find a clean table i told him you should clean this one for me he told me this is my job I’m the one who will decide just find a clean table and i was like okaaay, but otherwise the remaining staff were so nice and helpful.
