Great space in the apartment, in the main clean and suitable for accommodation. There were external shutters, rather than curtains great for darkening the room (in summer). Accommodation was quite, no other residents could be heard.

No air conditioning or a fan, it was stiffeling hot, opening the windows front and back was a good solution but this was also quite noisy with the traffic. Could have done with a small kettle for tea, had to boil water in a pot. Microwave had no plate, no small spoons and the shower curtain was not clean, neither was the sofa. No cleaning products (washing up for dishes) or any other cleaning equipment included. It was basic and functional. Also the15 minute walk from the train station is all uphill with many steps and with luggage was a considerable challenge. Using the tram was much better.

Good and big apartment. Very good contact from this property, they send clear instructions to us. Easy for get the key from the keybox and info about it came in good time. Location is good. Just quit high up, which we noticed when we decided to walk from the train station. But have a tram that take you up there so can take it easy.

We booked room for 2 adults and child (3 year old). There was only 2 big towels and no bed for our 3-year old. Instead they charge extra if you want a separate bed and must send your credit card details to an email. I didn't send any credit card numbers to some email so we had to survive with 1 double bed, which was ok for 2 but small for 3 persons. Kitchen could have had little bit more equipments.

I loved the location it was a perfect spot if you wanted to check out that area of the city and see about if you fit into parts of the community there! The room I had was awesome and I loved the view from the window. The parks nearby were awesome and the ease of access to getting downtown and seeing ETH were what I was looking for! The bed was very comfy and the service provided by the cleaners was awesome! Even with a language barrier it was easy and a welcoming environment! I loved Zurich and this space helped a lot!

I mean I’m spoiled with AC but not having that wasn’t bad! Really saw nothing bad for the space at the price point, moving luggage up the stairs was not hard and the key system was only frustrating because of the extra time I had before check in, though I spent that in a park and it was nice time to decompress and enjoy the area around me.

The location was good Cooking and all other equipment were available, so it was ideal for family with kids The information provided was detailed. However, there is no one there to guide Iron was available Property was regularly in touch

1.Street was steep and so many stairs with no lifts ..difficult to take luggage upstairs. 2.No flexibility in check in or check out timing was given 3. Tram track from main train and bus station was no. 9 and no. 10 stops were right in front, also tram 10 goes straight from the apartment to zurich station, this info should be provided and can be helpful for new guests 4.There were less mirrors in the aparment especially there was no mirror on baisen for shaving 5. Overall it was good economical neat and clean facility

The bedroom was fine as equally was the kitchen. It was a little bit of problem for plugging in the kettle based on the existing sockets in the kitchen but the microwave cooker was a bonus. The shutters to the windows were both quaint and provided darkness/constraint of noise. Opposite the property was a Coop which was a great supply for food and the tram stop also outside meant access to the city was easy. There are a number of steps from the train station to which the tram might replace for the faint hearted. The close by steps also led to other areas including restaurants and shops. Generally the area of the city seemed to be safe.

The fridge freezer was in the main room and rather noisy. The dining/living room was very basic with a rather stained settee (possibly bed settee). At departure it wasn't clear how to return the key into location.

Great location for my needs. Convenient with tram stop of #10 (airport to Zurich Main Train-station) next to Building. Some apartments have nice city view. Some features in the apartments are beautiful and vintage especially the ceilings, beds are comfortable and plenty of storage.

Kitchens are not well equipped. I have stayed a few times in this building and every kitchen is different. On my last stay the kitchen did not have any kind of soap, wash cloths or towels. The kettle couldn’t be plugged in because it didn’t have a Swiss plug in. I had to purchase an adapter and all the other things that I needed for my 10 day stay. I couldn’t really cook because there was only a huge pot available to use. All in all it was ok, the fridge was convenient to have. For people with mobility issues be aware. There is no elevator and lots of stairs. The staircase was really dirty and I’ve noticed that it was never cleaned during my stay. The apartments it-selves are clean except some of the couches have stains and I did not feel comfortable sitting down on them.

Well located , supermarket just by crossing the street, and a tram point as well . Great internet connection .

Unfortunately there’s a small refurbishment going on in some apartments at the building where I’ve stayed in , so expect some noises and workers going in and out of the building .

The size of the apartment is really good. They had a nice kitchen with required utensils as well. The location is right next to the tram stop and it was so easy to connect and travel within Zurich and rest of the city. There is a grocery store right next to this place and the restaurants at nearby place was very good as well

There was no screens to cover the windows. Also, the sound proofing is not good on the apartment facing the road side. we could hear tram noises during late night too. There is no lift on this building. If you are not lucky and got higher floor, you might have to carry your stuffs.

We liked the big open windows that let the summer evening breeze in, and we liked the comfortable clean bed and the little balcony. We also like that there were two separate rooms for sleeping and eating.

I thought it was strange that there was no dish soap or sponge for cleaning the dishes. I also thought it was strange that there were no mugs. It took us a while to figure out the hiding spot for the toilet paper.🙃

Good location: 15 mins from Zurich HB, opposite to COOP supermarket, easy connectivity using tram line (tram 10 directly goes to airport) Spacious room: very big, comfortable and spacious rooms. Very clean as well. Fully functional kitchen: very well equipped kitchen was provided Overall, the experience was better that what was mentioned in the reviews
