The location was excellent, with the tram directly out the front. Rooms were very nice and the little touches were appreciated. E.g. Champagne bottle on New Year's Eve.

The only thing wrong was that we could not access any cutlery or plates, which required an extra cost we were unaware of, but I did go back through the apartment details and finally found it when I was digging deep. Let's say it is not up front and centre. It is the only place we have ever stayed at that advertised as an apartment, and you have to pay extra for the utensils. You could not even access a plate and knife to cut some fruit without paying extra. We were a family of five, too. This, unfortunately, was the only letdown; otherwise, I would have given it a 10.

The hotel is best hotel in Zurich if u have big family. They have very big 2 Bedroom apartment. With all what u need. The breakfast in our room is fantastic with many options of bread and hot drinks and athors. Really I will book again if I will visit Zurich

Everything is good and fantastic. But need more AC cooler. Not all the rooms is cold will AC is running. Need to improve this part. Specially if u visit Zurich in summer with heat wave. But in general I like the experience staying in EMA House hotel

The fact that they charged 20 chf each day to use the kitchen is crazy. When you pay 600 CHF per night for a one bedroom apartment then you want to use the kitchen, ... They locked everything and we had to ask them to come and open it up after they ensured that we pay for 20 CHF, just add the 20 CHF to your rate, ridiculous thing to waste your time during a trip...

We arrived late in the evening but Irene at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The online pre-check in system was great because they already had all our details when we got to the hotel and we didn't have to spend extra time at the front desk. The breakfast options were great and having it served and presented beautifully in our room was a bonus. We stayed in the Executive One Bedroom suite that had a dining table and a kitchenette and even a washer/dryer. We loved the large space (very rare these days) because there were four of us and the room was well decorated and well equipped. The location was fine for us. Everything was within a short walk from the hotel even the train station.

The shower space is a bit small and the shower curtain was not that effective in keeping the water sprays from wetting the floor. Since there were four of us, the bathroom floor was wet most of the time.

Front staff: Very friendly and hospitable. Physical plant: Clean. Secure. Spacious. Good amenities with microwave, washer, dishwasher, nice kitchenette. Beds were very comfortable. Optional Breakfast was very filling and delicious!

The shower design is flawed. Water spills out into the main bathroom floor. We had a pool of water covering a fourth of the floor. It needs better drainage or a barrier to prevent spillage. We were able to line the floor with rolled up towels to prevent spillage.

It was amazing. So clean so nicely decorated beautiful aesthetic. Fresh. Great location. Lovely breakfast spread. The amenities all included were great. Everything was ready for us and the extra bed made upon arrival.

Plz make sure you clarify the age of your children before you go as that impacts the rate. I had to pay a bit extra upon arrival. But apart from that the property itself I have nothing bad to say! Perhaps they can consider adding Netflix to the Tv.

The location is very near the Zurich Central Station - about 10min walk only. This is located on little uphill, but not that hard to walk. Room is very cozy and big enough for our family. It was very quite and nothing bothers us during sleeping. Also, staffs are very kind. Breakfast was deliverd to our room because there's no restaurants.

Cannot find proper restaurants near the hotel, but we can easily find nice ones near Zurich Central Station. So, not a big deal. It would be good to have a small bar or place in case we want to have dining for dinner.

The design of the rooms was amazing, very big rooms and plenty of space. Was nice to have breakfast delivered to our room each morning. Bed was comfortable, really nice lighting in the place, and great layout overall.

I’m not sure if they have rooms on both sides of the buildings or not, but the side we stayed on was on a main street and normally you couldn’t hear any traffic, but if there is a ambulance or police car with a siren going, you definitely hear that. I asked the woman at the front desk to put us in a quiet room away from the elevator, and we got a room that was closest to the elevator and was obviously not super quiet due to being on a low level of the hotel, right in front of the main street. If you are a light sleeper, you’ll definitely want to make a point of staying high up as well as being on the quiet side of the hotel away from the main street.

Our stay at this charming hotel was truly amazing. The location is serene and peaceful, making it a perfect retreat, although it’s a bit far from shops. We loved it so much that we rebooked for our return to Zurich. The breakfast was delightful and served right in our room, adding to the overall experience.

This was my first time in Switzerland, and I noticed that there was an additional charge for the kitchen. Additionally, the reception was not open 24 hours, although we didn’t require it during our stay.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good, with plenty of food delivered to your room at your requested time. It was about a 10 minute walk from the train station-uphill. The only thing I did not like, was our room location. It was on the floor below the reception area. I felt like we were going down into a dungeon, each time we went to our room. Once inside it was fine, but I would have preferred a room on an upper floor. I would not recommend rooms on floor 2.
