The location was excellent, with the tram directly out the front. Rooms were very nice and the little touches were appreciated. E.g. Champagne bottle on New Year's Eve.

The only thing wrong was that we could not access any cutlery or plates, which required an extra cost we were unaware of, but I did go back through the apartment details and finally found it when I was digging deep. Let's say it is not up front and centre. It is the only place we have ever stayed at that advertised as an apartment, and you have to pay extra for the utensils. You could not even access a plate and knife to cut some fruit without paying extra. We were a family of five, too. This, unfortunately, was the only letdown; otherwise, I would have given it a 10.

The fact that they charged 20 chf each day to use the kitchen is crazy. When you pay 600 CHF per night for a one bedroom apartment then you want to use the kitchen, ... They locked everything and we had to ask them to come and open it up after they ensured that we pay for 20 CHF, just add the 20 CHF to your rate, ridiculous thing to waste your time during a trip...

We arrived late in the evening but Irene at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The online pre-check in system was great because they already had all our details when we got to the hotel and we didn't have to spend extra time at the front desk. The breakfast options were great and having it served and presented beautifully in our room was a bonus. We stayed in the Executive One Bedroom suite that had a dining table and a kitchenette and even a washer/dryer. We loved the large space (very rare these days) because there were four of us and the room was well decorated and well equipped. The location was fine for us. Everything was within a short walk from the hotel even the train station.

The shower space is a bit small and the shower curtain was not that effective in keeping the water sprays from wetting the floor. Since there were four of us, the bathroom floor was wet most of the time.

Front staff: Very friendly and hospitable. Physical plant: Clean. Secure. Spacious. Good amenities with microwave, washer, dishwasher, nice kitchenette. Beds were very comfortable. Optional Breakfast was very filling and delicious!

The shower design is flawed. Water spills out into the main bathroom floor. We had a pool of water covering a fourth of the floor. It needs better drainage or a barrier to prevent spillage. We were able to line the floor with rolled up towels to prevent spillage.

The location is very near the Zurich Central Station - about 10min walk only. This is located on little uphill, but not that hard to walk. Room is very cozy and big enough for our family. It was very quite and nothing bothers us during sleeping. Also, staffs are very kind. Breakfast was deliverd to our room because there's no restaurants.

Cannot find proper restaurants near the hotel, but we can easily find nice ones near Zurich Central Station. So, not a big deal. It would be good to have a small bar or place in case we want to have dining for dinner.

The design of the rooms was amazing, very big rooms and plenty of space. Was nice to have breakfast delivered to our room each morning. Bed was comfortable, really nice lighting in the place, and great layout overall.

I’m not sure if they have rooms on both sides of the buildings or not, but the side we stayed on was on a main street and normally you couldn’t hear any traffic, but if there is a ambulance or police car with a siren going, you definitely hear that. I asked the woman at the front desk to put us in a quiet room away from the elevator, and we got a room that was closest to the elevator and was obviously not super quiet due to being on a low level of the hotel, right in front of the main street. If you are a light sleeper, you’ll definitely want to make a point of staying high up as well as being on the quiet side of the hotel away from the main street.

Our stay at this charming hotel was truly amazing. The location is serene and peaceful, making it a perfect retreat, although it’s a bit far from shops. We loved it so much that we rebooked for our return to Zurich. The breakfast was delightful and served right in our room, adding to the overall experience.

This was my first time in Switzerland, and I noticed that there was an additional charge for the kitchen. Additionally, the reception was not open 24 hours, although we didn’t require it during our stay.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good, with plenty of food delivered to your room at your requested time. It was about a 10 minute walk from the train station-uphill. The only thing I did not like, was our room location. It was on the floor below the reception area. I felt like we were going down into a dungeon, each time we went to our room. Once inside it was fine, but I would have preferred a room on an upper floor. I would not recommend rooms on floor 2.

Beautiful 🤩😍🤩😍🤩 We had a view of the river and all the other fireworks that were going off into the new year all over the place. If you are looking to go to the main event for the fire works, the tram it number 11 or 14, going down the hill, takes you close enough to there. Also Sundays a-lot is closed just so you know! Roughly 10 min walk into the town, we had kids. We were told it does not rain but the day we were there it rained during the day, cleared up in the evening. Fireworks in the main park went off just after 00.15. This is too late for 7 & 8 year old so we decided to tram it back. It was a good event with food and drink there but the kids got tired very quickly. We only stayed the night as we had travelled from Milan to Zurich to come see the fireworks. Bed was comfy and so was the sofa bed. I was ill so decided to sleep on there in the end so hubby and daughter could get sleep away from my coughing. Bathroom was great as well. Ours had a shower separate bath. Two toilets which is great when you have a kid who is not patient now and again. We booked 2 rooms, Junior and Executive suite for our family and our friends. The only rooms left. We even got normal tv in english and my hubby got the NFL (not in english) but he didn’t care as he got to watch the games whilst getting ready. The service was great, hubby had a whatsapp from them before hand to confirm times and how to get there. Lovely to chat to when we arrived and sorted our breakfast out for the morning as well. Breakfast was on time, we were just late getting up 😂 very courteous.

Nothing to not like!

Location was great and right in front of the bus stop that will take you to the main trains station in a few mins. Great decor, spacious and comfy beds. Our son was happy with his sofa bed in the living room. View from room was amazing.

Would prefer the kitchen to be made available without having to pay an extra 25 CHF to have all the kitchen facilities made available to us. The kitchen (once we had that made available) was perfect for us to prepare meals and enjoy the accommodation as a family after our day out.
