Third visit and as good as the first two. Room was ok and had all you would expect including the air conditioining, which was on all day for the duration of the stay. Breakfast was excellent and available from 0630 EVERY DAY (other Hotels please note). Good hot and cold options. Did not use the Restaurant so can't comment (note it is closed on Sunday evening) Quiet location makes a plesant experience and there are a number of eateries available nearby. Tram Stop (Routes 11/14) literally by the Hotel entrance and only three stops from Zurich HB (main station). Grateful that the Staff were able to help with printing off my return Boarding Pass (insurance in case the mobile one doesn't work). Staff are reasonably well clued up on events and transport options.

Some minor niggles. 1. Knowing the current situation in the world, the Check-In is now a bit of a faff. It's all done on a tablet and it certainly isn't one click and you're done. Set aside about 10-15 minutes to get your key card, especially if technology isn't your greatest strength. 2. The TV. The only BBC channel available was BBC2. Think some retuning is needed. However even not having the BBC channels would NOT change my mind about returning. 3. Would prefer a room with shower only but its not the end of the world (I will ask next time).

The hotel the room was nice and looked exactly like the picture. The only issue was that it was very drafty in The bathroom which made the room cold. The staff were pleasant and quick to check in and out. The property is in a good location away from the tourist but close to transportation and main hubs. The tram stops in front of the hotel which makes it convenient to get around. The super market and shopping centers are a short distance away. I enjoyed my stay and would return.

The only thing I don’t like about the property was that there’s a draft that comes through the bathroom window which makes the room too cold.

Differently from my previous review (Gmped, dec 24), the room I was given this time made the stay super. Adding that also breakfast has improved, I can't but repeat all the excellences I already remarked. Location: tram takes to city centre in few minutes and stops are just in front of the hotel. Wide parking lot with lift to the room. Sparkling cleanness and parquet floor. Wide, comfortable and silent room. Good bed (and hard pillow available!). TV with international channels. Excellent wifi. Very good lighting. Spacious bathroom (...but few shelves) Good breakfast; quality and variety. Good breakfast service.and environment. Staff kind and helpful.

Given same room as last visit. Good size room with a decent bed. Shower very good and became hot almost instantly. Excellent breakfast, with both hot and cold options. Always like the 0630 start to breakfast especially at Weekends. Great location with tram stop right outside the Hotel (Routes 11/14) and only 5/7 minutes to Zurich HB. Like the 'next Tram' board in the Hotel Foyer (the timings seemed a little out at times but that's the fault of VBZ not the Hotel). Staff are very friendly and efficient and even managed to get my return Boarding Pass printed (thank you). Not all Hotels will do it.

The beds are a bit low for my liking, but I understand that it is the way there. Could the Hotel provide flip-flops to counter the wooden floors. If not I have to keep my shoes on all the time?

On the plus side , the place was clean , and accessible by tram and very close to the train station and in a very quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast was below our expectations, very few items however the restaurantitselfwas nice and ckean The hotel is supposed to be a 4-star hotel , and we booked their premium room. But there's no view , no pool , no gym , no mini bar at the room , no bathrobe , no slippers , no scale. I wasn't bothered about those missing stuff , but at a 4-star hotel in Zurich, some of those items must be there!!

Front office staff were friendly and always welcomed me with a smile. They were very helpful. The small single room I booked was surprisingly adequate and comfortable. It was an easy tram ride from the central station. Air-con was great and worked as expected. The hotel was quiet and clean. The tram, right next to the hotel, was efficient and convenient being do close and perfect for my business needs.

Restaurant for dinner was closed on a Sunday. I can't fault the hotel however, and the front office staff provided some good recommendations for a local bite to eat which helped.

Location of the hotel was excellent with a tram stop outside and easy access to the airport and a short walk to the main station. WIFI worked very well and the breakfast offering was very good. The breakfast area serves as a Swiss restaurant in the evening. Hotel staff were very friendly and happy to help with guest requests. During my stay the rooms were also cleaned daily.

My only criticism is that for a 3 star hotel the costs seem very expensive but then, this is Switzerland!

Location: despite what might appear the town centre is at few minutes of tram ride, and the stops are just in front of the hotel. Comfortable parking lot just at the back of the hotel, at a reasonable cost. Sparkling cleanness. Comfortable and silent room. Good bed. Greatly appreciated alternative hard pillow. Parquet floor. The cumbersome mass of the cupboard/desk block in the mid of the room due to the existence of an unexpected (...and unappreciated) kitchenette never mentioned within the booking process(!): the surface and the volume of the room are greatly reduced. The lack of any mininimum shelf in the bathroom to place toilet bag and other articles. The modest quality of breakfast food (especially the warm one).

It was very clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good location with access to trams, local markets, restaurants, and it’s like 10 minutes away from the main Zurich train stations. I highly recommend it

The AC was not cooling. Hopefully they changed my room because of that but even the newer room (upgraded room) had a bad AC.

The room was so well maintained and cleaned it felt in mint condition, with well thought-through and conveniently laid out amenities (how often do hotels have no towel rail/hook within reach of the shower, or power sockets in usable places!), very comfortable and peaceful. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel's in a pleasant area of the city, 20 mins' walk or a short tram ride from the main station, a little uphill from the river, and 5 mins' walk from an excellent pizzeria.

Absolutely nothing!
