I didn't get breakfast, I liked the shower, the bed, the wallrobe. The lift, the fan and the area that the accommodation was on.

The room should have a small fridge. The neon light switch controlled the wall sockets and the bedside lamp should be separated, from each other. I wanted to use the fan and the bedside lamp and it wouldn't stay on without that very brite neon light on the wall. There was no battery in the tv remote, and the tv switched itself off on Thursday evening, a day before I checked out.

I liked the location a lot. It was 10 minutes away by foot from the Zurich Central Train station, as well as close by to a lot of restaurants, cafes, bars, and supermarkets!!!

It was value for money, very cheap for a decent place to stay. I didn't mind that it didn't have any air-conditioning since the weather was excellent, and the fan provided was just enough. The only thing I would recommend to the owner is to add English channels to the TV for English speakers or maybe Netflix!!!

Very close to the city centre and HB and bus station and there were grocery stores nearby as well, if you want to take the public transport (which I think is really not necessary in Zürich) then the tram stop is a minute walk from the property.

The only thing that was a little inconvenient was that we had a bit of trouble with finding the entrance to the building

This is a self check-in hotel with no restaurant or reception, so you don't interface with staff. However, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The hotel is situated near Zurich main station on a busy street, but in a decent area. It was only a short walk to Bahnhofstrasse. The rooms I booked were of a good standard and were an absolute bargain when compared with the prices charged by other hotels. I would definitely stay there again

The hotel has no air conditioning. It was very hot when we were there and we had to make do with fans. Nevertheless, it was not unbearable and we managed OK.

Very nice location. Very close to the train-bus station. Super market and fast food around.

Only with the receipt of the keys we faced a problem. The code they send us doesn't work and we forced to communicate with booking assistant to solve the problem. Fortunately was very helpful.

Exceptional hotel with automated check in process. Neat and clean rooms with adequate facilities. Compared to other accomodation options in Zurich, the cost for 2 days and onwards is very economical here. There is a restaurant called "Indian Street Food", right below this facility, which has lovely food. We had the same order from here for 3 nights straight - veg fried rice (with eggs) and white rice with Veg curries. Must have!

Nothing in particular, but absence of a reception or a contact person, not sure how to contact the hotel incase of any queries. Though i belive there were some contact informations mentioned in the rooms.

Good value for money - great place for a short stay, super easy self check in & check out procedure, good facilities and cleanliness

The duvet was small for two people sharing and the apartment had a strong smell of food due to the restaurants downstairs

Everything you need for a few days. Perfect check in and check out, everything working properly pick keys dropped keys, without problem and wasting time. Quick response in booking…. Few minutes walk to train station and bus station, all shops around and city centre in walking distance… hope to see more places like this…..

Good location, easy access to transport. Lots of stores/restaurants nearby.

I was on the 6th floor which had no curtains or blinds on roof window but otherwise the room was good.

Very clean hotel. All stores , restaurants, bars and clubs next door, I went to shop around 3 a.m. it feels like in New York town. Loud street , day and night , but super safe . Inside the room was so quiet. I could enjoy the stay. I would recommend this hotel .
