Nice facilties, modern, building seemed safe, close to train station and old town. Furnishings were very nice. The kitchen was small but had everything: fridge, stove, dishwasher, all plates, cups, utensils, bottle opener, and the microwave/oven worked great. Showers were very hot. Blankets were thick and cozy. Lots of closet space and places to hang coats. Stairs and elevators were nice but the last day the elevator didn't work and we had to carry all our luggage down 3 floors. The building was quiet. Overall a great place to stay.

Did not like the large wall mural of a random person looking at us, it was kind of weird and the kids were scared. Beds were small for 2 people. Needed extra blankets but there were none. Shower soaps would be nice. Coffee shops were over a block away and the coffee machine requires ground espresso but for a short stay it doesn't make sense to buy a whole bag of espresso. Needs smaller coffee options like pods or something.

A nice little apartment in a great location, just a short walk from Zurich Main Station. I will say that our apartment didn't look like the examples in the photographs - nowhere near as bright, modern and comfortable. There was only a small window, which maybe didn't help, and this didn't have a curtain. However, ignoring the fact that it didn't look as expected it was still a cosy, well-equipped room that had almost everything we needed for our stay. It was very helpful having our own little kitchenette, which was convenient and saved us some money (we bought groceries from the Migros at the train station). The door code system was great for ease of use, and the apartment felt safe. Internet worked great.

The room felt clean, but opening the fridge we found an almost-empty bottle of Coke that I assume someone had left behind. Not ideal for making us feel confident that the room had been thoroughly cleaned and checked. The only other thing that could've really made a different was for dishwashing soap to be provided. We bought a large bottle but only needed to use it for a few items - we left it hoping that it would stay there for the next guests, but for people staying just a night or two perhaps a small sample to get started would be helpful.

Quite convenient location, 5-7 minutes walk to nearby restaurants, supermarkets, Zurich HB station and city center (Bahnhoff strasse). Well maintained and equipped with essential amenities to prepare tea/coffee, breakfast and dinner. We visited during the winter-break, had a cozy, warm and comfortable stay.

The coffee machine was not clean. It was not possible to store luggage, in case of early arrival. The room was not ready on our arrival at our designated time for check-in (i.e. 15:00). It took us 20 minutes to get into the room, while it was being prepared and we waited outside on the corridor stairs with no place to sit.

It was in a great location, very central to everything, loads of places to eat nearby, and the main train station was a five minute walk away. The property itself was very good, the contactless check was easy and hassle free, being able to use a key code to access the property and the apartment itself was very handy. Clean and comfortable, would definitely stay here again.

No option for an earlier check in, was happy to wander around the city until we were able to get into the apartment as luckily we only had small cases to carry, but this could have been an issue if we had had more bags to lug around.

Fully furnished and equipped kitchen. I liked that I received the passcode via email and was able to get in the room without having to wait for hotel reception to check me in.

The floor had not been cleaned so I did message via email and they did send someone the next day to clean the floor. One other thing was that I was in Interlaken before coming to Zurich and mostly didn’t have access to WiFi. One of the step before checking in guests have to complete an online form and send proof of photo ID. Luckily I was able to do this but I noticed an older couple struggling to complete this step at the doors of the apartment. I think people not great with online methods should be given more information so that their check in can be smoother.

I had an excellent stay at VISIONAPARTMENTS in Switzerland! The apartments are modern, stylish, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the design and furnishings made it feel like a home away from home. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was professional, responsive, and always willing to assist with any requests. The cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment were top-notch, and I appreciated the high-speed WiFi, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bed. It was a perfect blend of luxury and convenience. I highly recommend VISIONAPARTMENTS for both short- and long-term stays in Switzerland. I will definitely be returning

It's in the center of the city so it's very convenient, very clean and in front of a very quiet park, you could rest very well. We will come back :)

Small details that could be improved :) The cistern and the shower faucet should be checked because both were constantly leaking water. A little bit of soap to wash the dishes would be useful for those who are staying just a few days and it would be interesting to see more channels on the TV. I would preferably say these things to the staff but I couldn't find anyone. These were just small things in our room, we are very happy with the stay and we will come back :)

Compact but comfortable. Location was good near train and city centre. Our room opened directly onto parking/lane area. It was OK but initially concerned.

I felt management was MEAN in their system not allowing earlier self check-in even if room is ready. We saw room being done at midday. We had been travelling 34 hrs without much sleep and would have appreciated it if the system had some discretion. Not even 1 minute before would the system allow us to enter. I think 3 pm is too late for travellers anyway, moving from place to place. 5-6 hrs lost from check out one place and check in the next. Half the day u pay for is gone. I know there is cleaning but doesn’t require that much time or they need additional cleaners. This place required you to leave most stuff cleaned on exit.

For those planning to stay always complete the booking first so you will be given the code to enter the building like we did. Apparently, there were 2 families that were struggling to get inside. The apartment is good for its price as it is close to the largest train station in Zurich. The room is clean and bed is comfy. There is a large television. Wifi is good. In the kitchen there is coffee maker but you have to bring your own coffee tabs and sugar. There’s a small kettle that does not stop boiling, you need to stop it and it nearly burn my hand. Bring your own tea bags too. There is a good size of fridge. In the bathroom, there’s only hand wash liquid soap, good we brought our own toiletries. We stayed for 4 days and we had only a pair of towels. I did request on the 3rd day, but unfortunately I did not get any response.

The small kettle is dangerous. It might need replacement. It was also noisy in the park on a Saturday night til nearly dawn. Should provide more towels if requested.

Great central location, 5 minutes walk from Zurich HB main station, 10 minutes from airport. Great transport links. Very modern, clean, and comfortable beds with nice lighting. Kitchenette with kettle, coffee machine (bring your own pods), cutlery.2 bottles of water supplied which was a nice touch. Easy to access and given code in advance of arrival after sending passport information. Nice view over the park and Uetilberg from apartment. Hairdryer, towels, hand-wash and dish liquid/sponge supplied. Heating was very warm and adjustable which was welcoming in the cold. Noticed there was a fan available in the wardrobe and windows opened. Apartment uses Type J plugs/adapters.

Some noise on Saturday Night/Early hours Sunday from people outside on the street but no fault to the accommodation. Had window open so that contributed. Would have liked shampoo/body wash to save on travelling with/buying but not a big deal...and definitley an extra pillow. Used the decorative pillow aswell as bed pillow for my personal liking. Gym wasn't easy to navigate - signs pointed downstairs but no signage once down there and lots of doors so didn't use. The bathroom door is just frosted glass and the apartment is small so depends who your sharing with on whether suitable.
