Nice facilties, modern, building seemed safe, close to train station and old town. Furnishings were very nice. The kitchen was small but had everything: fridge, stove, dishwasher, all plates, cups, utensils, bottle opener, and the microwave/oven worked great. Showers were very hot. Blankets were thick and cozy. Lots of closet space and places to hang coats. Stairs and elevators were nice but the last day the elevator didn't work and we had to carry all our luggage down 3 floors. The building was quiet. Overall a great place to stay.

Did not like the large wall mural of a random person looking at us, it was kind of weird and the kids were scared. Beds were small for 2 people. Needed extra blankets but there were none. Shower soaps would be nice. Coffee shops were over a block away and the coffee machine requires ground espresso but for a short stay it doesn't make sense to buy a whole bag of espresso. Needs smaller coffee options like pods or something.

The apartment is well-placed for those wanting to be close to the train station - a 5 minute walk. We prefer self check-in, and communication was very good. A previous review helpfully mentioned that the Visionapartments sign appears inside a lobby, through double glass doors, so we found the property easily. It was a 15 - 20 minute walk to the river and old town, less to the upmarket shopping street. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with kettle, fridge, coffee machine, sponge, washing-up liquid, tea towel, cutlery and utensils, and bathroom toiletries. It was light, spacious and airy, with everything painted white, and whilst the bed was on the small side, it was comfortable. There was some soft seating, and a table and 2 chairs, aswell as a choice of lighting. The apartment was nice and quiet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

The apartment got very hot, and the tower fan was not very efficient in moving the air around. We did open the windows, but aircon would've much improved our experience. The detachable shower head was loose, so wouldn't keep its position. There was only one reading lamp by the bedside. Having a dormer window in our room on the 6th floor meant a sloped ceiling by the bed. My husband hit his head several times. There was only one lift for the 6 floors, and we chose to take the stairs a few times, rather than wait. The velux shutter kept the light out by the bed, but unfortunately, the venetian blind on the other window does not fully descend, and does let the light in. These are all minor quibbles however, given the very reasonable price, and the good location.

A nice little apartment in a great location, just a short walk from Zurich Main Station. I will say that our apartment didn't look like the examples in the photographs - nowhere near as bright, modern and comfortable. There was only a small window, which maybe didn't help, and this didn't have a curtain. However, ignoring the fact that it didn't look as expected it was still a cosy, well-equipped room that had almost everything we needed for our stay. It was very helpful having our own little kitchenette, which was convenient and saved us some money (we bought groceries from the Migros at the train station). The door code system was great for ease of use, and the apartment felt safe. Internet worked great.

The room felt clean, but opening the fridge we found an almost-empty bottle of Coke that I assume someone had left behind. Not ideal for making us feel confident that the room had been thoroughly cleaned and checked. The only other thing that could've really made a different was for dishwashing soap to be provided. We bought a large bottle but only needed to use it for a few items - we left it hoping that it would stay there for the next guests, but for people staying just a night or two perhaps a small sample to get started would be helpful.

In an ideal location for all things needed in the city centre and beyond closes to railway station and buses etc . The room itself was quite small but ideal for single traveller the bed was clean and tidy there was coffee maker and kettle provided as was hob for cooking with pots utensils provided . The bathroom was great the shower was brilliant although the toilet was a tight squeeze sitting on . Access into rooms is by code given on email and had no problems with this

No air on in the room and the heat was stifling I had to sleep with window open for the 5 nights on a plus side had room at the rear was was reasonably quiet I would have dreaded room at the front facing onto the road . It said breakfast was available in downstairs cafe although this was only open 1 morning but plenty local cafes nearby

Quite convenient location, 5-7 minutes walk to nearby restaurants, supermarkets, Zurich HB station and city center (Bahnhoff strasse). Well maintained and equipped with essential amenities to prepare tea/coffee, breakfast and dinner. We visited during the winter-break, had a cozy, warm and comfortable stay.

The coffee machine was not clean. It was not possible to store luggage, in case of early arrival. The room was not ready on our arrival at our designated time for check-in (i.e. 15:00). It took us 20 minutes to get into the room, while it was being prepared and we waited outside on the corridor stairs with no place to sit.

It was in a great location, very central to everything, loads of places to eat nearby, and the main train station was a five minute walk away. The property itself was very good, the contactless check was easy and hassle free, being able to use a key code to access the property and the apartment itself was very handy. Clean and comfortable, would definitely stay here again.

No option for an earlier check in, was happy to wander around the city until we were able to get into the apartment as luckily we only had small cases to carry, but this could have been an issue if we had had more bags to lug around.

Good location. Very close to Zurich HB station. Zurich is a very expensive city but this site considerably cheaper than hotel rates

Heat. The building is so very, very hot. We had fans on at all hours and it was still very uncomfortable from the moment you entered the building. The pillows were barely worthy of the description, one pillow each and extremely thin, no support whatsoever. We were located on floor 6 and be mindful there is a sloping ceiling that makes it impossible to sit up or walk comfortably on one side of the bed

How close to the city centre it was and ease of access to local transport services I personally enjoyed using the gym. Although it wasn't big, it was handy to have onsite so I could continue with doing something similar to what I would do at home

I'm unsure of what was going on due to not being from there however there was a lot of loud live music across the road which I don't mind but It was hard to get to sleep because of it Also, when it was quite windy with the stormy weather, the shutters on the outside occasionally banged on the wall and window, which did wake us up a couple times in the night

We were in Zurich in transit. Booked this place because it was super close to the train and bus station, We were going to take a bus to Italy so we needed to be close. The trains that go in town are also there, both 8 minute walking distance. can't beat that. Not only are the trains and. buses close, but you have a promenade with restaurants and stores including groceries again walking distance. You also have the entire old city within a longer walking distance. We went to old town and the river , all on foot. So I give it a 10 for the location. Took a train to the Lindt Chocolate and having the train so close encouraged me to go visit it. However, we arrived with an overnight flight at 9 am and check-in was at 3 pm.Stayed in the streets with the luggage 6 hours.No early checkin allowed. And when we finally got our room , surprise , the maid was on the hallway and told us it wasn't finished yet! After waiting in the streets for 6 hours for that 3:00 pm after a sleepless night our room was now not ready! The good part is that after we told them we needed the bed to rest asap, within 10 minutes somebody came and finished arranging the room. The room was extremely small like a studio , not like what you see in this pictures on booking! The location beats the room, so overall we were satisfied and would stay again.

Room wasn't ready at checkin. Apartment was really very small. Did we get the smallest room because it didn't look as spacious as in the pictures. With the luggage, we barely had room to move around.

Overall it was really good. Great location, clean room, nice big shower, functional kitchenette with lots of crockery and glasses. The process for accessing the building/room works well.

There are some pretty easy (and cheap) improvements that could be made to improve the experience: provide better (firmer) pillows or a selection, provide a tea towel/dish cloth for the kitchenette, provide some basic seasoning (salt/pepper). These were not huge problems however. I was satisfied with the stay. In most places I visit 11am seems the norm for check out. 10am therefore felt early.
