The hotel is at the center of Zurich and is near to the Airport (about 20 minutes). Everything is a walking distance from it: train station, grocery store (coop), shopping mall and Zurich Down Town. Staff are very friendly, rooms are spacious enough and the Wi-Fi speed is good. The breakfast was fairly good with some varieties. They can make you eggs as per your request. There is a nice coffee shop next to the reception. They allow food delivery and allow them to come to your room (after getting permission from you). Beds are comfy and rooms are clean.

Location is the best. Coop supermarket just across the road. The main shopping street and a tram stop is just 2 mins walk. Good size room (not too small) we've been travelled with2 adults 2 young kids and we feel comfortable. The Main train station is not far at all feel like 5-7 mins walk with luggage. Everything within walking distance. Bathroom is clean and modern they have both bathtub and shower room. (We don't have problem with glass door) Breakfast was good. Lovely staff. The hotel is located on a quiet road with nice cafe, restaurants, nice shops around so, it was not noisy at night even though we stayed on the 3rd floor on the street side . We were really happy that they have firm pillow choices.

-The bed is really comfortable but the camp extra beds wasn't that comfortable however, it was ok for 2 nights stay. -The floor is not that clean but they provide slippers. Overall, I would definitely recommend to my friends and family and if I have chance to go back to Zurich I would stay here again.

Gorgeous property. Centrally located to everything you will want to see and do in Old Town and Zurich, in general. They have air conditioning, which is wonderful. Our first night, the AC was on but was a little warmer than we prefer. So, we spoke to the manager at the front desk and she turned down the thermostat a little. They also allowed us to borrow a fan to use in our room. Actions like that are one of the reasons this is the best hotel for the money in Zurich. Based on some of the reviews I read, I was concerned about breakfast but it was fantastic. A variety of choices to satisfy everyone. We also enjoyed eating our breakfast in the quiet garden. Switzerland is an expensive country. You will spend more on a hotel, regardless of if you visit Zermatt, Grindelwald, Zurich, etc. This hotel is priced competitively and the service exceeds expectations. I recommend paying a little more and getting a room with a balcony. Well worth it. We strongly recommend this hotel. We will stay here again during our future visits to Zurich!

The rooms were clean and quiet. There was plenty of room for my family of 4 in the junior family suite. The location was walkable and near several Christmas markets and lots of upscale shops. There was a bit of construction nearby, but it wasn’t a problem. Upon arrival, our room was ready early. They held our luggage for us while we went out for the day after checkout. The breakfast was incredible: lots of fresh fruit, yogurt, bacon, breads, juices, coffee, tea, and hot cocoa.

Great location near the main station, just off the main shopping street, on a quiet side road. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and gave the children a little cuddly toy each on arrival. Great service. Huge breakfast spread. We had a family room, with two single camp beds made up for the children in a corner of the room - great they weren't expected to share one bed. Little touches all round made it an exception stay - chocolates on the pillow each evening, and a charge point in the room with every type of plug imaginable (EU, Swiss, UK, US, etc).

Great location near the old town, and around an eight minute walk from the main rail station. It was lovely to be met at the door after dragging our luggage (including ski bag) from the station and have it whisked up to our rooms. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was superb. Little touches of luxury were in the rooms - we appreciated the coffee machine and beautiful bathroom with bath. The umbrellas provided came in useful with the rain. We loved our short stay in beautiful Zurich and the quiet luxury of this hotel was one of the highlights of our Europe trip. Wish we could have stayed longer!

There was some confusion over a request for a blanket as I find duvets too warm. I was sent another duvet one night, and a sheet the next. Minor issue overall.

From being picked up at the airport by the hotel’s taxi through to the quiet room, regular housekeeping and superb breakfast. We couldn’t of asked for a better hotel experience

We arrived at 9.31 in the evening and the kitchen had closed already. It was a shame they couldn’t accommodate for late guest arrivals and be open for dinner. We had to order ubereats.

Location is excellent right in the middle of town and walking distance to everywhere, public transport available nearby. Staff is professional, room sizes are ok, breakfast buffet is very good and good selection of food and drinks. Service was good, bonus: they have a valet for the car which is not easily found even in cities like Zurich. Overall good value for money.

We had booked a family room but not sure we got one as it was smaller than described, however it was a last minute (same day) booking so I guess they made with what they could. We didn't ask to change. However, the extra bed they put in place for our 11 years old boy was really unadapted (you could feel the wooden slats, mattress was very thin). Also, bad smell coming from the toilet.

The room , the location and the staff all fabulous - the staff were friendly and helpful - I lost my bag - they were kind and had a wonderful way about them that made our stay easy - we travelled as a family for my granddaughter ( who was sponsored because very good at the sport and has autism ) to fight in a jutitsu comp - she won 3 gold medals - we are not people who travel alot - so this hotel , the staff the place the room really made all the difference to our stay - with 2 children - thank you so much - I’d return at a heart beat - with clothes next time - ☺️

The noise from the room above -at 5.40 a.m each day - sounded like moving things around on both mornings - so rude - and woke us up - making us all very tired 😴
