Very good sized apartment, gym and laundry on the building, very nice location, elevator in the building which helped big time as I had a senior dog with me(I was on 5th floor), well equipped kitchen, very comfortable and good sized beds

Communication with host sounded robotic and a bit confusing, no parking, host enforced by email that inventory items on list should be checked and verified but the list did not completely match the items in the apartment(spent some time validating them all and taking pictures to avoid losing my deposit in case of discrepancies).

Nice location, clean and comfortable room

We left the apartment every day at 07:45 for different activities that we had planned. Although it says that breakfast is from 07:30, it must start much later. There was only a cleaning lady at that time who spoke German and we couldn’t understand what she was saying. She was shouting to us to go out (i guess)

Everything was provided promptly. The customer service was exceptional and responsive. They were available 24/7 on phone. They also accommodated for my sick infant promptly by letting us in early, providing us with a crib and a fan.

It was quite hot. Due to the heatwave. The temperature of the room was warmer than the outside.

The location is great, not far from the main train station and walking distance from many different places in city centre. The apartment was great, big and very spacious with a nice terrace. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms apartment very cleanand confortable. Great bed quality. Calm.

The only annoying thing is that they don’t have any luggage storage so we had to go to the main station to store our luggages.

Very good location and easy check in. Room is very spacious and has everything you need.

I only had half a toilet paper roll in the room when I checked in and it wasn’t refilled so I had to buy my own. Also the toilet is next to the balcony door so you always need to let the shades down otherwise Motel One guest will see you.

Nice, modern, clean apartment. Location was ideal for me: walking distance from both Zurich HB and Enge train stations. The small kitchen seems well equipped (I didn't try it, though). I also discovered there is a nice little gym downstairs (both cardio and weights machines). I would definitely have tried it if I only had the time.

In my flat, the window in the separate WC room had no proper curtain over it and I had the impression that someone in the street could see me (especially at night). I initially booked 4 nights but then my plans changed and I only needed 3 nights. I tried to contact the management via email but no answer to my question about amending the booking.

Wonderful apartment with cooker and kettle and microwave so i didnt have to eat out all the time, exceptionally clean well thought out use of space, staff member Rodriguez was fantastic so helpful and accommodating he really helped us out on information that saved time and money a real asset to the company. The price i paid for 3 nights in that location so close to everything was great i will be returning.

Great shower (pressure and room) and toilet, elevator, great little kitchenette which was appreciated given the cost of eating out in Switzerland. Room size was fantastic, very spacious. We were lucky that there was an employee in the lobby at 3pm when we checked in, otherwise we would have struggled to figure out which room we were in (the email instructions weren't as clear as they could have been). Overall a very positive stay, good value for money, would recommend/stay again.

Air con wasn't great, although there was a fan there which we did not use. A bit noisy with trams going past in the morning.

Really amazing hotel! We had a corner studio. It is quite spacious, has really great views, big nice terrace, kitchen, even a coffee machine. The bed was very comfortable and we were provided some robes which is very nice! There is even an iron. The location is great -- there are some nice places to eat and it's walking distance from the station.

The elevator is really small -- for one person and two suitcases only. There is a bar in the opposite building so it is a little noisy at night if the weather is good and people hang out outside a lot. There is also some noise of water running in pipes, but it's quite low. It would be great to have basic kitchen supplies like salt, pepper and oil.

Excellent location, within walking distance of all the interesting places. Especially suitable for a single person, a lively but quiet place. For the directions to the place, it's good to know that the entrance is the one to the restaurant, the corner door. I had no problem receiving the code, as I sent a copy of my passport the day before and immediately received a response and instructions. The room is on the fourth floor, very interestingly designed, with the shower cabin and sink being open, which provides space. There is an espresso machine, but you need to bring your own coffee. Very clean and well-maintained.
