Location is good. There are loads of restaurants, groceries nearby , it is convenient to live there. Self-check in and out is good, no issue at all. Tiny but clean room

The internet was so bad that I could not check my email on my phone, which really affected my work. I tried to call but no one answered the phone. message was sent by booking.com. Staff replied slowly and the problem didn't solve. We stayed there for two nights , really frustrated when the Internet didn't work in our room. We had to find a coffee shop to complete it.

We lived in a very spacious room with two bathrooms. Had all the amenities if someone wanted to cook etc. and also provided an iron and free WiFi. Location was pretty convenient with the tram service in a very quite neighborhood.Check in and check out was also pretty easy if you followed the instructions given. If we visit Zürich again in the future, it will be on our list for an affordable stay!

Could be more thoroughly cleaned(mostly on "blind" corner spots) but did not bother us that much as for the price the level was acceptable.

Clean, quiet place at a reasonable price, good accomodation for some days in Zurich. Small but furnished practically, equipped with essential things. Close to public transport, but even the city centre is in walking distance. Advantages: Elevator, cleanliness, easy check-in, quiet neighbourhood, big supermarket at the next corner. Excellent wifi, good double bed, clean well eqipped bathroom.

Exceptionally clean compact apartment. Good location for restaurants, river swim, and a steady walk to the lake. Close to the tram system.

The kitchen area had no plug sockets for the kettle and minimal plug sockets in the whole apartment. Little utensils and crockery. No dish soap. No air conditioning so had to leave the windows open but very noisy late at night and early morning.

This is a great spot for a short stay. Easy to self check in & out. The room has everything you could need with great accommodations a nice kitchenette and private bathroom.

The property is a little older and with it being a self check in spot there is no staff if you needed extra help but it was perfect for us as we just needed a place to stay before flying out of Zurich airport.

Very good location - it was only a 15-minute walk from the train station and walking distance to the old town. The room was spacious enough for 1 person and warm, and the kitchenette had everything for cooking. The bathroom was very clean and freshly renovated, and I enjoyed the view of the city from my room on the 4th floor. The check-in and check-out process was super easy.

One of the stoves did not work, so there was only one for cooking. It was rather inconvenient that there was no kettle and water had to be boiled in a pot. I also learnt from previous reviews that there was no dishwashing liquid or sponge and that basics such as salt, oil, and sugar were not provided. I came prepared but it would be nice to have these in the apartment.

Nice small studio type apartment. Quiet small, but you have everything you need and small kitchen, microwave, kettle etc. Bed was cozy. 10-15 mins walk from the Zurich HB and 5 minutes walk to nearby metro. Collecting the key was quiet easy. Neighborhood is great, nearby restaurants and cafes. We loved it so much.

It's smaller than how it appears on pictures, but still it was fine for two adults and didn't bother us at all.

Despite the low ratings of other guests, we found the room quite nice. The bed was comfy, we had everything we needed, kitchen, fridge, a clean and fully equipped bathroom, including toiletteries and hairdrier. The windows were well-insulated and kept any noise from the street out.

There is a pizza shop on the ground floor so the stairs to the apartment were smelling food, but the smell did not make it through the door to our room. The douvet was pretty small for two people

Felt like home, all facilities were available, perfect stay, will come back and suggest others too

The noise of vacuum cleaner in the morning is alot, and there was construction noise too from outside on one of the days

The host is so helpful for information and a quick response for request. If u have a car you can park at the sorroundingd from 8pm to 9am for free. Restaurant, starbucks, convenience store walking distance. Recommended

It is a bit of a walk to the downtown, but it is all good. Manageable. Enjoy the river while walking, and you won't realize you are in the center in some minutes.
