Very good location - it was only a 15-minute walk from the train station and walking distance to the old town. The room was spacious enough for 1 person and warm, and the kitchenette had everything for cooking. The bathroom was very clean and freshly renovated, and I enjoyed the view of the city from my room on the 4th floor. The check-in and check-out process was super easy.

One of the stoves did not work, so there was only one for cooking. It was rather inconvenient that there was no kettle and water had to be boiled in a pot. I also learnt from previous reviews that there was no dishwashing liquid or sponge and that basics such as salt, oil, and sugar were not provided. I came prepared but it would be nice to have these in the apartment.

Nice small studio type apartment. Quiet small, but you have everything you need and small kitchen, microwave, kettle etc. Bed was cozy. 10-15 mins walk from the Zurich HB and 5 minutes walk to nearby metro. Collecting the key was quiet easy. Neighborhood is great, nearby restaurants and cafes. We loved it so much.

It's smaller than how it appears on pictures, but still it was fine for two adults and didn't bother us at all.

Despite the low ratings of other guests, we found the room quite nice. The bed was comfy, we had everything we needed, kitchen, fridge, a clean and fully equipped bathroom, including toiletteries and hairdrier. The windows were well-insulated and kept any noise from the street out.

There is a pizza shop on the ground floor so the stairs to the apartment were smelling food, but the smell did not make it through the door to our room. The douvet was pretty small for two people

The host is so helpful for information and a quick response for request. If u have a car you can park at the sorroundingd from 8pm to 9am for free. Restaurant, starbucks, convenience store walking distance. Recommended

It is a bit of a walk to the downtown, but it is all good. Manageable. Enjoy the river while walking, and you won't realize you are in the center in some minutes.

Clean and homely. Perfect for couples/friends. We stayed in apt.23 and excellent street view from the room. Loved it ❤️❤️ highly recommend. Just a 13 minute walk to Zurich Hb station. Locker facilities not available at apartment but you can store at zurich train station lockers for 10CHF

Awesome place, awesome location, next to the Zurich, Selnau station. The view was amazing.

The pillows could be more comfy tho. And they need to put a big bottle of shampoo instead of the small ones used in the hotels.

Very convenient location, less than 15 minutes to Zurch HB. Easy instructions and check in, the room was simple but had everything we needed for a quick overnight stopover.

The room was a bit noisy when people were speaking in the hallway of the building.

Everything was well organised and in working condition. And communication was also great with the property manager and staff.

The room key didn't work, so I had to contact he property, the moved us to a different building and room that was bigger than what we have booked initially.

I love it it was so clean enough place for 2 person the kitchen have the necessary but you need soap for dishes i wish if they got baby bed because my daughter couldnt sleep without baby bed Except that every thing was perfect

Basic small apartment, good for a short stay. Easy to reach by train when coming from airport. Easy to find - good signs. Good shower, basic kitchen (perfect for breakfast). Easy check-in and -out (use the code, what they send you, in the keybox next to the house entrance and leave the key in the same box, when checking out).

We found just 2 power plugs in the living room - 1 was occupied by TV and the other by table lamp. So its really hard to charge ur phones or other devices (unless u have a power strip or something). 🙂
