I loved the kitchenette and even bought some microwave pasta dinner to cook and was able to store some yogurts in the mini fridge. If I was there for a couple of extra nights, I probably would’ve tried doing other simple cooking like on the stovetop.

At first I had trouble getting the key to work on the front door (it was also raining when I arrived and the entrance wasn’t really lit too well) but I figured it out. The TV didn’t seem to be hooked up to any cable or even an antenna. I like to listen to local television channels to get used to hearing the language of where I’m visiting.

Location fantastic, for Zürich it's good value. Customer service via messenger was good. Mini shampoos and washing up liquid were useful. The courtyard view was nice. Bamboo mattress and small double bed, perfect for a solo traveller.

I stripped the bed to make life easier for the cleaners. I think new duvets are in order. It was pretty disgusting. Some more hooks in the room would be useful

It was clean and has kitchen facilities. The bathroom was big with hot shower.

We booked a room for a family, but unfortunately only two pillows were provided for three people, and the bed was not quite large enough to comfortably accommodate all of us. A few small adjustments could make the stay much more comfortable for families.

We booked the whole house, and we were comfortable installed. The train is quite close and we loved the children park nearby and the stores are close. We did re-allocate the furniture to increase the use and comfort of the house.

The host could improve in terms of comodities - laundry soap, shampoo and body wash disposals not working, etc.

Home away from home vibes. Comfortable, spacious and clean. Well fitted private kitchen and en suite. Quiet residential area nestled behind the main strasse to town. Woukd definitely make this a first choice in the future. Self service are fast becoming more favourable than hotels - more freedom, flexibility and feeling like a local rather than a tourist 💫

The room was very clean and the you couldn't really have asked for a better location.

While neighbours were good about respecting the quiet hours, soundproofing was nonexistent. When the neighbour took a shower; it sounded like they were in your room. So, if you're a light sleeper, please be prepared.

Hassle free check in. The facilities driver a macedonian gentleman was kind enough to help with a parking card outside the property

There was no parking offered and its very difficult to pay for the parking being a tourist in the surroundings. Please consider helping guests in this matter. Thanks

Location is close to everything bus stop pharmacy and restaurant the towels were fresh and clean

The remote has no battery i had to use the buttons on the tv itself, no access to local tv programs. luckily I have my apple tv always with me

Location is good, 22-25 mins walk to the main train station. Several bus and tram stops. It had soup and toilet paper. Had a washing machine in the basement. Had an iron. TV has several tens of the dif channels. It was room 01

Was sent details prior to arrival as the location is self check-in. Easy to find with a bus stop at the end of the street and a tram stop around the corner. Easy getting the keys from the machine. Apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Plenty of shops and places to eat nearby
