It’s my 10th time staying at Swïss Star (I mean different Swiss Star locations) in Zurich and I am happy and excited every time because the apartments are comfortable,clean,peaceful,big and the stay is amazing each time. The beds are super comfortable and puffy. The location is perfect,just 10mins to center and HB Zurich, but you also have nature around so it makes it the perfect place. The stuff is full of helpful and kind women! The service team is always ready to help with anything regarding the apartments. Overall really the best apartments for your stay in Zurich! I do trust and recommend Swiss Star to anyone planning visiting Zurich!

It was convenient close to tram and bus. Took 20-25 minutes to walk into city centre. It was a nice walk along the river close by. The apartment was nice, clean and spacious. It seemed quite newly renovated. We also aprceated the Balcony. The beds were nice and it was moren than enough closet space. The shower was also very good. We also liked the area schmiede wiedekon, it had some nice restaurants quite nearby as well as a supermarked .

It was missing some useful equipments in the kitchen. It was no coffe machine, there were either no spatula for the pan. It could have been a box to make ice cubes from, it could also have been some more cutleries. The remote control to the tv didnt have batteries so i bought new once. Also it was not possible to get the dishwasher to start. Despite this, i would recommend this apartment since its good value for an apartment with two double beds and two rooms.

The place was nice and clean .

I didn’t like the fact that there was no help , even though they had written free WiFi , they hadn’t mentioned the password anywhere and we tried contacting them but they didn’t respond

Checkin easy per host instructions. Clean and spacious rooms with big comfortable beds. Quiet residential street with grocery and restaurants nearby. I did not try the cook top, but kitchen had all the basic supplies. Good wifi. Nice shower water pressure.

Some maintenance needed. Bathroom sink slow draining and faucet very loose. No hot water at kitchen sink. Window blinds missing and broken door blind blocked access to balcony. Functional for a night or 2. Repairing these items would make it comfortable for a longer term stay.

We enjoyed the apartment due to it’s location and comfortable beds. Pleased with the assistance from the owners when there were technical issues.

The sink was blocked, piece of fridge cupboard on the floor and no light at the entrance proving poor quality check after each guest. No internet instructions left in the apartment despite this being indicated in the welcoming email.

The unit is spacious and near the shops and train stations. There is also a laundry area in the basement. It was so easy to check in and check out.

There was no fan when it was so hot. The floor was a bit dirty too. There was also no frying pan available.

Lived like a Parisian for a few days, in the heart of a busy district in what is very traditional Paris apartment.

Absence of a microwave (having said that a) kitchen probably too small to accommodate) and b) we made do with the excellent stove and oven). So not really missed too much.

Nice place, a lot of space, 8 mins from the Wiedikon Train Station. Really good to stay for a couple of days or week. Enough space for ~4 people: 2 big beds with TV for each. Definitely recommend!

Wasn't clear which floor our apartment located on: either I misread or wasn't provided. Not a big deal, tbh.

I love the self check in- check out system, comfortable bed and lots of towels and shower gels in bathroom. Spacious enough, good location.

I missed a little bit some coffee maker, some dishes detergent and sponge for washing dishes I used. Maybe some salt and pepper would be good as well.

3 adults with a child. It was a house that met expectations; the rooms and living areas were spacious, and the kitchen supplies were sufficient. The Wi-Fi was fast. The owner had arranged everything in advance, so the check-in and check-out process was smooth.

The furniture in the common living areas was inadequate, and there was no key for the bathroom door.
