Good location close to the Wiedikon tram and train station, so it's a short ride to city center. Nearby Coop store, and close enough to some restaurants. The room was huge, had a mini kitchen, and also a bath tub in the bathroom. Overall, I had a nice and very comfortable stay.

The check-out time was too early at 10:00am, I even got a knock at my room by the cleaner a few minutes earlier than that. I hope they are flexible and adjust that time closer to lunch time, or at least 11:00am. There was no electric fan, so on a hot summer day, opening the windows are not enough. The bed height was a little too low for me.

Everything you need just outside the city center of Zurich. The apartment is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, the toilet is also modern. The furniture design is a bit questionable, but fully operational. I stayed there and took day trips around Zurich, so it was very convenient. ALERT: The check in code only works at 15h (the initial check in time). To walk from the main station is a bit far, but with the tram, it is easily accessible. Finally, depending on your neighbors, it can be a bit loud. Nothing that you can’t fix with earplugs. Overall great cost-benefit ratio.

The location was FANTASTIC. 30 seconds away from the Wiedikon tram stop and train station, Coop and an independent convenience store. It was also a 10-minute tram ride to Banhofplatz main station from where you can take the train to the airport (one stop on a fast train). It was VERY WARM; we didn't have to layer up ourselves with clothing indoors.

We didn't know that the entry code for the main entrance and studio was the same. There was no heat-resistant spatula for frying eggs - or anything else. Didn't think that the plastic salad set was heat-resistant so I had to use the tablespoon. On the first night, my son bought fresh pizza hoping to use an oven to cook it. 😀 He had to microwave it which didn't quite taste the same!! Having a microfibre cloth for wiping down the sink after washing dishes would have been nice.

Clean, spacious enough apartment. Walking distance to groceries, laundomat, restaurants and all public transport. The bed was comfortable and a good shower, unfortunately over a deep bath. Handy 2 ring cooktop and micro/oven. Plenty of utensils and enough crockery. Comfortable chairs, large opening windows, with external shutters and a small balcony.

No a/c or fans and it was necessary to move the large chairs to open the windows as temperatures were warm. This often resulted in making scraping noises on the floor. Also we hear this from other apartments. Reasonably noisy street as bus route (and windows open) It would have helped to have had instructions for the multi use microwave and more than one very large saucepan. (2 frypans)

The location is good, within a 10-15 minute walking distance to the city's attractions. The room is large and spacious, with a comfortable bed.

When we entered the room, we noticed a strange smell. The cleaning lady knocked on the door a few minutes later and apologized for forgetting something. It turned out to be an ozonizer that was still running. Because of that, we were coughing for half an hour, but fortunately, there were no serious consequences for our health. That was very unprofessional!

The property is very clean and well maintain and they meet up the expectation of contactless check-in where the code are easily shared to you on ur email and u can access the property on or after the check in time. It has small kitchen when u can cook ur food with ample of utensils for our ease and balcony area where u can sit and relax. Great location as it is connect to metro station as well as tramp station with 2 min of walk.

Nothing everything was good here

Good location. We could easily get around with public transport. Clean apartment. Responsive service. For example, they provided power adapters on our request next morning. Enough space in the room and in the bathroom.

These are minor issues. Our double-bed had only one blanket, while we prefer to have two. The floor was cold, we were lucky/smart to have slippers with us. Cleaning dishes manually without a brush or a sponge is difficult. Blinds on the balcony door got stuck at the top and it was hard to fix them.

Comfort, cleanness, location - close to coop shop, and delicious collective bakery, pretty close to many attractions in Zürich - the lake, old town, Bahnhof etc.

Pretty pricey, although it's Zürich so it is understandable. I could not turn on TV, at the beginning I checked it and it was working, and then I couldn't turn it on. I wanted to watch Euro 2024 finals so it was important for me. They require photos of you ID, I reality do not like to send my ID details through email for the safety reasons.

The place was exactly as described in the pictures. Very clean. The hosts were easy to reach. The place is next to the s-bahn station and tram stop. There is a supermarket also near by. All in all we rate 8.5/10 for the stay.

I would have preferred the contact less entry key to be sent via mail on the day of arrival. Rather than I need to call them to ask for code. Though the advertisement and booking confirmation states that contact less entry will be given on the day of arrival. Nowhere mentioned that I need to call them to get it. Imagine coming to a country without telephone network working. How do I even call them ? Also the linens made the night too hot.

Clean, well appointed,spacious. Everything you need is there. Everything works. Close to tram and railway connections. Lively area where locals congregate with lots of restaurants and sidewalk tables.

The entrance code is too long to remember. Bit noisy late at night, but that's the area and to be expected. View from the balcony, rear facing, not very inspiring
