Value-for-money: This apartment is big & has a sizeable kitchen. It comes with lift! Beds: Comfortable. Bathroom: Clean and comfortable temperature during winter. Service is excellent! The chat function is very responsive!

Finding it: We stayed in several cities from Zurich, Bern, Interlaken, Luzern, Vevey and lastly Zermatt. This place requires us to take a bus from Zurich HB and walk for 5 mins. It can be difficult for those with many luggage. Washing machine is located at basement, which was a hassle for us when we need to wash clothes. We ended up not washing clothes. Safety: There is a bar next to it. There were drunkards at night.

Close to tram/bus stations and easy access to the city centre. It is a very large clean apartment with a big bathroom and it was a big plus for us that the building had a washing machine and dryer free of charge.

We noticed many people on drugs gathering in the big park in front of the apartment as well as on the street nearby. This issue seems to be increasing in a couple of years in this neighbourhood, which is nothing wrong with this apartment but pity. I didn't feel dangerous but not very comfortable with a small child. But other than that, it was a great stay!

We stay here for two nights and everything was good.Room was clean and host also provide a kitchen if you wanna cook. Distance from Zurich HB about 1.4km but it easy to reach by a tram.Tram station Backeranlage just 150m away from this apartment. If you carry a big luggage there is an elevator.No need to worry. Price also consider good compare to others especially in Zurich city center.

Suggest to replace a sofa bed with a bunk bed. Suitable for a family who bring a kids together while travelling.

We were able to find it fairly easily from the train station and were able to check in early, which was great. The property seemed secure. The apartment was clean and we had everything we needed- probably more. We ended up not using the kitchen facilities (except for the coffee maker), but they were nice to have available. Other reviewers commented about the shower curtain, so we were prepared for that and were careful not to get water on the floor. We enjoyed sitting by the open windows. Bed was comfortable for us. Other reviewers commented on how basic/sparse the apartment was, but that wasn’t an issue for us. We thought it was fine.

I wasn’t sure about the neighborhood at first, but it turned out to be okay.

It is an acceptable apartment, but somewhat basic. We only stayed for one night, so for that it is fine. The best thing is the location (beautiful part of the city but also very close to the center) and also the layout (the two bedrooms are entirely separate). So it worked fine :)

It was okay, so no real complaints but very basic and a bit shabby. To be honest, this is what you get for this price in Zurich, because the city is incredibly expensive. But for half this price you get something with character and nicely fitted out in other places. This is not the host's fault because that's Zurich for you :) but don't expect charm or special touches (which is fine but for something like this I would expect to pay half the price). To be fair, we only stayed one night and half the price is the cleaning fee. So if you stay for a week, it is a much much better deal.

Fantastic apartment, with pretty much everything we needed. Awesome shower pressure and lots of hot water. Bed and sofa bed both comfortable. Very clean. Good heating (we were even too hot!). Lots of cooking and eating equipment and utensils. Having a free laundry in the building complex was a bonus. 20 minute walk to the train station or the waterfront.

For a fully supplied apartment to cook in as a “home away from home”, it would have been good to have salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Shower cubicle is quite small.

Location good. Right next to tram stop. Quiet. Easy access. Safe. Employee took our bags to basement when we arrived early, we went out & came back our bags in the room. And these were heavy! A very kind & considerate gesture. Plenty Restaurants all real close. Lots to see & do.

Nothing left condiment wise like salt, pepper. European shower ok but deviice to hold head of shower elevated was broken. “Tour guide told us apartments start about $3000 a month in Zurich so this was expensive. But every thing you read warns you Switzerland is not cheap.

Flat location is close to many restaurants, parks and to train station is in 20min walk, & 5 min by bus or trams. Public transport works very well. It was easy to reach the city center and touristic places from the location. Very clean and tidy place. Loved it!

There is nothing that i didnt like! The only thing i d like to say, it would be great to have disposable slippers in the flat. Expect that all is good!

Elevator in building, close to the trum/bus station, shops and restaurants nearby, clean building, clean area in general, park across the street, peaceful neighbourhood, not that far from the center of the city.

Noise from other apartments on the same floor, as the front door of the apartment has a huge gap below, everything can be heard what others are doing / speaking / laughing / yelling / or else, so you must be ready to have sleepless nights.

I liked that it was super near the Main Station. It was also very spacious and clean. It has an elevator so rest assured for those that have luggages. The place is nice and well ventilated. All the facilities are well kept.

We hoped that there would be a dry rack for the dishes as we cooked a lot and maybe some more kitchen equipment. Besides that we enjoyed our stay.
