Amazing location. Very, very neat. Checking in was easy. I loved the soft music in the voyer - making it more personal. Room was very neat, lovely bed and cushions. Close to the trams and tourist attractions as well as a 20 minute walk to the main train station. One of the best stays I have had. I used the washing/laundry app and it worked super - thanks!

The apartment had a street view and is very close to a church. And it is Europe. In summer. I could sleep with the window or door open - the noise of the pedestrians (and the two bars across the road) and the church bells [08:00 to 22:00] made it less enjoyable. I had access to a portable aircon but then I needed to open the door to let out the plastic tube. Not quite effective but it helped.

Comfortable studio apartment in a quiet location just 15 minutes from the main train station, and just round the corner from a tram stop. The studio had everything we needed for a weekend stay. We ate breakfast in our room, as well as a couple of meals in an evening (excellent fresh 'ready meals' from the supermarket, warmed up in the microwave). The room was very quiet, and the shutters meant it was very dark, so we slept well! Check-in and check-out were both very smooth. Would definitely return here if we come back to Zurich.

The location: it is convenient to walk around with the supermarket around the corner The facility: the studio includes a stove, a dishwasher, a sink and a fridge freezer. And you can also find a washing machine in the building to use. The room: it is spacious with a decent size of balcony which is great for a morning coffee or evening drink. Self Check-in: it allows online check-in before providing a pin for entering the building and the room.

No parking space, and difficult to get to if self-drive since the Google map is not very accurate (there is a one-way street which Google marks it as two-way). Unfortunately no real air-conditioner. A remote air-conditioner provided but you need to keep the door/window open to let the tube out, so kind of defeated the whole purpose. Luckily it was not hot during our stay.

We booked the junior suite and the size was just right. Kitchenette amenities were complete. Location was perfect! A tram away from the train station. Lots of food restaurants and Coop grocery across. There was a pizza restaurant nearby too.

It would have been great if the hotel replenished the towels every other day. We were only provided with one each for the whole 3 nights. We arrived late night and the room was so dark and we had look for the main switch to turn on the whole room's electricity using my phone's light. Didn't get instructions in the location which made us panic for a bit. The toilet's size was big but didn't have a place to put your travel toiletries which for me was bothersome. The 7am church bell can be heard from the room since it was located near the apartment. But other than that, I would definitely stay there again.

The property was in a great location.

There was no thermostat in the room so it was hard to control the rooms temperature. They have heated floors that we brought all the way down but at times at night the rooms temperature was still hot that we had to sleep with the covers off. Plus no real broom that I could use to sweep the floor. It’s hard to sweep an entire room with a dust pan. Also no extra towels was provided without having to wash them for continued use.

The apartment amenities were nice, and it is very close to a grocery. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was especially nice. We didn’t try the breakfast but liked having a tea kettle and a refrigerator in the room. The self-check-in is a nice feature.

The room needed a fan of some sort especially for night when the neighborhood noises are too much for sleeping with open windows. An ice cube tray would have been nice to have.

Good location, walkable from railway station, decent area, large Coop at end of road. Rooms had everything in them although the room we booked lacked a cheese grater and the saucepan was very small. Also no olive oil. Washing machine and dryer involved downloading an app-but to be fair did work well for us.

We had a disaster on the first night as about to go to bed. All the electricity fused so we were in the dark in our room. This happened when we switched the kettle on. The online help was quick to respond to our WhatsApps and when between us we could not reset the fuses the Numa team gave us codes for another room 3 floors up. Unfortunately we then had to pack our bags in the dark (at this point our belongings were all around the room) and move up 3 floors when we actually just wanted to sleep. The room we were moved to was a little larger than the one we left. This made for a very disturbed night for us. It’s a little disappointing that Numa did not give us any compensation for this situation.

Perfect location. Very clean apartment. Old building.

Not to be able to block de entrance to our apartment. Housekipping entered to get us a baby bed without authorization. Guests need to feel safe by being able to close the door from the inside. It will be useful to have instructions for all the electronic devices in the room. We didnt know how to use the kitchen, etc.

Good location. All necessary equipment for a short stay was available. It’s quite cozy place.

It could be more clean. Also, on arrival, we had heard some beeping. Later, we found that the beeping is coming from the dishwasher. The cleaning team left the dishwasher on at the middle of the washing cycle. We restarted the dishwasher and let it to complete the cycle. Otherwise we could be hearing that beeping sound all night long.

Easy access and checkin. The location was perfect being in the center of Zurich. The luggage lockers are perfect and very easy to use.

The drain was a bit slow to drain. Otherwise the room was great. The room was REALLY hot at times. Opening the windows helped, but there are often people smoking on the street. This is a common problem in Europe though: there are a lot of regular smokers here when compared to the USA. The other thing that was a bit annoying is that if you need to get in even 1 minute after checkout because you forgot something, the room code will lock you out. You'll still have access to the building though. I had forgotten an item in the room, although it wasn't a huge issue so I didn't fuss.
