The self check-in worked really well. The location of the Hotel was great, and not too far to walk from the station. The room was nice and clean, and the facilities were great. Just what we needed for a quick overnight stay. Whilst our room was on the 4th floor, there is a luggage elevator so we didn't need to lug our suitcase up the stairs. Would certainly recommend for an economic stay for a night or two.

I don't think there is anything we could suggest to make it better - it had everything required at an economic price.

The room was basic and very clean and the check-in process was very easy. I liked that we could leave our bags in a locker free of charge until our departure time even after check-out.

We would have liked to have had an extra pillow> It seems to be a European thing that only one pillow is supplied. The pillows are so soft and thin you end up with your head on the mattress anyway. One has to fold the pillow in half for it to actually be effective. Also, the toilet could have been positioned in the middle of the Pod for better privacy. Although the glass is frosted you could still see the other person's outline and exactly what they were doing.

We are happy of the kitchen provided that we can heat or cook our food. It's really fit for us as a back packers. Thank you so much for the great experiece we had in your hotel. Well recommended and we are planning to go back in your hotel if chances will be permitted again. God bless you more and more power!

Just the TV was not working on this trip and also the room given to us this time was a bit smaller than the previous one. Rest is all fine. keep up the good work. Tv was not working.. room sizes can be just a bit bigger.. also check in times can be a bit earlier and improved too. One lift for customers can be brought in like especially elderly. 😀

I loved the locker at the reception, as I arrived early I could put all my luggage there and go walk around until the check-in time. As I went during the autumn the weather was not so cold and hot, it was just ok. The price was good.

The room was very small, I missed shelves to put some stuff in, and I had to put all on the floor. I didn't like to stay on the first floor, as the window opened directly to a place that was a parking lot and there was a building in front that people could see the room, so we had to leave the windows closed to avoid danger.

The location is perfect, a few minutes walk away from the Zurich Main Train Station. The staff was friendly.

The shower is extremely small, I am a tiny person and still I hit the mixer quite a few times making the temperature of the water go crazy. The room we had, has an inclined wall therefore to go to that side of the room you had to be hunched over. They have a lift for suitcases, however we could not make it work.

I like the self check in and check out that they have, it was pretty easy, also the location was very convinience. And they were pretty easy to contact too vía booking.

I didnt like that they don't have an elevator. They have a luggage elevator but it didnt work at all or we couldnt understand how it works. Also it has an advertisement that they are not responsible if something happen with your luggage in that elevator. The tv didnt work at first, but they change us to another room.

Easy to find the facility, simple self check-in, clean rooms and good location for a short stay. Big baggage room and easy to use. No staff around and vending machines with necessities on site. When the vending machine failed to drop item the staff responded through booking chat very quickly, payment was refunded shortly after that.

No elevator, 4th floor might be an issue. No staff is generally good but when vending machine failed to drop one of the items, the only option available was a refund.

It was comfortable, in a good location and clean as well. They have lockers that you can use for the luggage before and after the your stay - big savings for us so we don't have to get a nanny bag. Check-in through a computer went smoothly as well.

No lift and we were on the 4th floor! Good thing they have a small lift for the luggage otherwise I won't be able to take it in the room. Please take note that there is no air conditioning/fan in the rooms so be mindful if you are booking this in Summer.

Super fast and easy check in.Wifi worked very good. Coffee machine in lobby was very handy to have which provided us with great espresso in the morning. And I always like a hotel which has windows that open for fresh air.

Not much to report here, we only stayed one night upon arrival in Zürich. We had ground floor room 3, you will hear noise from the nearby restaurant, but it is very quiet in the area at night once it is closed. Also no parking if you have your vehicle, but parking is an issue in the city.
