Great location within walking distance of the parking garage, old city center, restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The apartment is basic but clean and pleasant, with comfortable beds. The bathroom is quite small but well-stocked with supplies and towels. The kitchen is spacious and includes a microwave, a dishwasher and a roomy fridge.

There are no Type C electrical outlets in the apartment, only Type J, so an additional adapter would have been appreciated. Phone chargers worked fine, but we had some trouble charging the computer. The kitchen is equipped with only basic essentials. We didn’t use it, but a sponge and dishwashing liquid for basic upkeep during our stay would have been helpful.

The room was nice and clean. The location was good, close to the very center, in a lively neighbourhood with easy access to all necessities and good public transport connection. Nice breakfast places and other restaurants nearby. Objectively quite pricey but I understand that for Zurich prices it was good value for money. Easy check in with a code.

For a small studio apartment with a kitchenette, it would be convenient and appreciated to have the very basics there such as salt and pepper, some tea and coffee, perhaps some oil for cooking. It's not very convenient to have to buy such basics if you're only travelling for the weekend.

There is no lift and had to carry huge suitcase and stroller to the third floor.

It was a very quiet and nice area, close to a lot of great cafes and shops. It was also very clean and included a lot of amenities. It was extremely easy to check in and out as well. Also, it was great value for our money and I saw Visionapratments all over the city which made me feel more secure in it being a reputable accommodation.

The building and room seemed to be a little old but it wasn't horrible just something to note. You could see some stains on the walls or old mortar. Some of the bad reviews about these flaws seem to be over the top to me it wasn't that bad at all just don't expect it to be brand spanking new.

The property location was very nice. Trams was just infront and Zurich Main station was on walking distance. Secondly, the check-in process was very smooth. The apartment was also equipped with all the facilities you would need like; Iron, kettle, cutleries, and others. The wifi was very good as well.

The bathing area was too small. So if you more than 6 ft you may go through with some difficulty. The apartment has no lift and has three floors, so if you have heavy luggage you may want to get the 0-1 floors.

Too many stairs to reach the top floor on the loft apartment especially with an elderly person. Not worth the value of money, Location was good though. The water in the bathroom sink was accumulating and takes time to drain. The kitchen could have been equipped with more cooking utensils and foil paper for use in the oven. For the money paid we could have been provided with a better apartment in the other floors

Excellent location, very easy to find and to enter with the code provided via email the day of the arrival. Flat as in the description and photos, two rooms, three TVS (!!), two sofas, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, plenty of towels, bathtowels, bathmat, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap for the shower, soap in the separated toilet + soap in the bathroom at the sink + sponge/dish product. Overall, very positive experience and will rebook when I go back to Zurich

The internet was not excellent. It worked but the connection was slow, so ideal to check emails or TripAdvisor but not great to stream! and the TV only offered programs in German. But, the main purpose was to visit the city so it was not such a huge inconvenience

Comfortable and clean. Toiletries (shampoo, soap, conditioner) provided. Convenient location near a couple of bus stops. Worked out very well with the Swiss pass and able to ride anywhere. Close to city centre. Access with keypad and door code, no need for keys.

Late check-in time availability, with no options for luggage storage. List of items posted on door did not match the items provided in room and I had to do an inventory check to report to the owner the discrepancies.

The apartment was very clean, the kitchen was equipped and the heating in the bathroom was great. The bed, although a bit small for two people, was good and the access to the hotel was easy. Great location, close to two different tram lines.

The isolation was not great, we could hear the upstairs moving the chairs constantly. Also, the main heating in the room was not on, so we had to use a small heater that smelled funny and was a bit noisy when on.

Great location very close to amenities, train and bus station. Clean and well laid out all we needed supplied.

Key provided didn't work in lock relied on code which thankfully we saved. Busy street noise so could not have slept with windows open had we not been exhausted from all our exploring.
