Staff are all friendly and so supportive. The hotel is new and also clean. Location is great too. Ground floor cafe is open 24/7. Central train station and bus station are accessible even on foot.

Bathroom has been shared with another room who has 2 to 3 persons in that other room. One can not knock their door to ask who goes next. If it's one room of 3 using 1 bathroom, we can easily know if it's empty or occupied. If you need dedicated one, please do not book dormitory.

We cam walk to the train station. There is a restaurant down stairs very convenient.There is a friendly worker that speak English tell us some direction.

This dont have A/C .if its weekend expect for the noise there is a big party on the street,like drunk people throwing bottles its damn noisy that we cant sleep.Better stay inside once its dark,heard its not a safe place for tourist.But in the morning like daylight seems okey, We dont incounter any problem,spoke to a local that guide us to the train station he said theres always party on the street in the weekend.

The hotel is pretty clean and new with everything that you need , great location near zurich hb. The host is very friendly, attentive and helpful. There is a very good bakery in the ground. The breakfast is delicious, a gourmet breakfast, everything was perfect..

Very kind personnel, autonomous check in and check out, good hairdryer available, good bed with perfect and warm sheet / duvet, and double pillows, large shower, large desk where I could work. Please note check in starts autonomous lay at 14:30 and checkout is by 11:00 (great!). Downstairs there is a supernice small bakery / Café. The room was quiet even if it was on the road side.

When I arrived the room was cold because the heating had be turned down, I guess by the previous clients (the whole structure was really warm), but it was fixed very fast setting the heating on max and with an extra heating. In 10' it was perfect.

The Hotel itself is excellent. The onsite bakery is exceptional and the Hotel staff were the most friendly we encountered in Switzerland. The Hotel is very close to a bus stop that takes you to the Zurich HB station. The Hotel room had tea and coffee making facilities. The room was clean and met our needs.

No fridge and located in Langstrasse. We always felt safe in the area but it is the party district and it is noisy. I would avoid booking Friday nights due to the noise coming from the club opposite given that its open to 6am. When booking request a room at rear of the Hotel which is much quieter. The breakfast supplied doesnt add much value. We indulged in the assortment of items available from the bakery.

Overall value for money, self check via the kiosk was easy, checkout was just dropping the card in the box. Food right downstairs within the building, few steps to the bus stop, provided fan (essential for summer).

No lift so carrying suitcases up the stairs was a challenge, but luckily our room was just on the first floor. Room was a tad tiny, didn’t really have space to open large suitcases. A little inconvenient, but overall still a good stay. Streets not the safest to wonder around during the evenings though.

Very conveniently located for my purpose. The room was very quiet. The shower was a very good size with good water pressure. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a fan available if needed.

I hadn't noticed they didn't have a lift when I booked. It would be useful to have a trashcan in the room. There is a gap underneath the bedroom door so you see light every time someone is in the hallway. The bathroom sink is very small, so you have to be careful or you splash water on yourself + bump your head on the vanity.

Lovely upstairs double room in an interesting small hotel, with friendly staff. Located 4 bus stops on the 31 bus from the main train station, with the bus stop a 1 minute walk from the hotel and not far from Zurich, the hotel is in a good location. The hotel is secure and aacces to the upstairs level is by way of a keycard, which is used to open the downstairs, door, upper level security door and the door to the room. The largish roomed contained a comfy double bed, with bed sheets, duvet and several pillows. 2 desks, a kettle free tea and sugar and another desk to put bag with coat hangers high above. Plug socket on each side of bed, plus a large wooden chair. Both hand and bath towels are included in the room price. En-suite good size bathroom, with good shower, sink and toilet. Free toilet paper included, hand soap on sink. Small rubbish bin in bathroom. Free good speed WiFi in room. 24/7 reception. Small bakery in hotel, sells hot-cold sandwiges, coffee, hot chocolate and soft drinks. Breakfast is extra and costs 9.8 Swiss Francs per person, roughly 10.5 Euros. A hair drier is available on request.

Had to pay for coffee, even though tea was free. No lift/elevator to upper floors. card machine to pay for the room has no tactile buttons, so is unaccessible for visually impaired people, like myself and my partner. Only 1 bin in room.

It is clean, compact and for Switzerland, good value for money. Perfectly comfortable although if we had been on a lower floor, I suspect it would have been noisy. It was fine on the 3rd floor. You go in through the bakery on the street level, through a glass door and there is a self-check in which does feel quite 'hands-off'.

The kettle could not be plugged in anywhere, there was only one paper cup and when I asked someone in the bakery about the kettle, he said he was nothing to do with the hotel. The shower door had a gap in it so water went all over the floor.. We had to go searching for the WiFi code and the one we were eventually given was for another floor (we think). So just a few moans, about minor details that I assume could be easily sorted should the owners care to!

The location is so close to the city center and central train station. It was a 10 minutes of walk with no hassle. The room was clean and spacious. It was a nice stay, I would definitely stay here again.

There is a bakery on the ground floor and they're helping with check-in services before 3 pm. We left our luggage easily however it might be a more comfortable process. We stayed here on a Friday night and there are a lot of clubs located around the place. If you're sensitive to noise, you might have some problems with your sleep. People are partying until the morning. It was not a problem for us.
