The size of the room, the very comfortable cosy bed and the pillows, the bathroom ( except the really tiny shower, even for small people ),the quiet location, the short distance to the train station and the bus station, the super market close by.

The tiny shower, the really dirty fan on top of stove( it was broken part but it’s still working), the people who are standing in front of of entrance ( laughing, chatting, smoking) our room was 125 it was exactly on top of entrance. We previously ask to have the room on upper floor but the manager said ( the double room your book it’s only 125, rest of are different. ) Strange to me .. but facts.

Recent reviews of the Inside Five were very bad so we didn't expect much. The stay was way better than expected. The place was clean, WiFi worked fine, we didn't see any ants and didn't meet any rude members of staff. There was TV with lots of channels, we had oven, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Location is very good - on quiet street in walking distance to old town. Plenty of shops and restaurants around.

Studio in need of some refreshment. Walls need new paint, some pieces of furniture looked like they were going to fall apart any minute.

The apartment was located via a short flat 15 minute walk from Zürich HB railway station. It had several food options surrounding the building and was about 20-30 minutes walk from the old town. It was clean, well equipped with toiletries and the amenities were more than sufficient for a short stay. It had cooking and tea making facilities and a fridge. Zürich is an expensive destination so it was good value.

The office was only staffed for a short period in the afternoon which I understand as it’s a budget operation. Perhaps make it easier to contact the office and have an intercom at the front door and not rely on phones.

The proximity to Hbf, it is very convenient to travel from the station. The rooms were clean, and has an adequately equipped kitchen.

During the check-out and check-in no person was available in the office. It was always call and wait. It is difficult to expect international travellers to make phone calls some of us are on data roaming only. A better mechanism for check-in/check-out.

One of the cheapest option. Value for money. Inclusive of toiletries, have lift, clean, quiet place. Easy check-out

More information on laundry facility. They didn’t inform me how to reach the basement (you need to insert the key to activate the basement area), they don’t sell laundry soap. I need to buy a bulk detergent from the shop. More details will help me enjoy my day rather than stuck in sorting my laundry which in the first place part of listed amenity.

Convenient location, value for money. Clean spacious rooms. stovetops , microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, oven etc were useful to cook own meals. Cooking utensils were sufficient in three bedroom apartment. There was hair dryer , iron also. Hassle free check in. Staff are responsive always.

I also booked one two bedroom apartment. It was also clean and spacious with all cooking facilities like three bedroom apartment. But more cooking utensils are required.

Very nice place. Microwave, fridge, shower, backyard, fans. Everything as expected.

The communication was lacking, we couldnt get in at first, because there were a lot of different instructions on the booking page and in email and in messages and on the door. The biggest problem was that one of the beds was missing a few planks so the matress falls. I got hurt trying to sit down on this bed.

The customer service. She was great assisting us with our luggage. I left my luggage at the office while I was sightseeing the city. They took my luggage into my room after my 6pm check in. I loved the customer service. Keep the good work.

The bathroom and the shower cabin was almost broken. The doors were not adjusted correctly. Quite of unsafe to take a shower.

The room was very comfortable, good size, slept well. The neighborhood was quiet and the room was very close to convenient public transportation!

When we arrived we rang the buzzer to be let in and no one came to the door. We had to call a number to be let in, but as international travelers without an international phone plan that can rack up a large cost.

Clean and comfortable for a short stay. Has great facilities for a little kitchenette, including a nespresso machine which was a nice touch.

The rooms weren't quite ready but were able to put our bags in one room while the others were getting cleaned
