There is no real human interaction during the check in and checkout process but the staff is really prestative and answers fast in case of some question or need, providing a great and quick solution to any problem. Also, the room was tidy, has a lot of free space and a balcony. The location is amazing, in a calm place and with bus or tram that takes you to the central station in around 4/5 minutes. Overall it was a pleasant surprise with a great price-quality relation.

Some things could be improved: - For the wide space that the room hall provides the bathroom could have been extended, it would turn it into a much pleasant experience when using the bathroom. - it would be great if on both sides of the bed a small table would be placed, especially for people that use glasses, take medication or just would appreciste place some utilities at the side of the bed. - in the bathroom there is a small shelf on the top of the sink, what is great looking but really unconvinient for the user experience.

Good location, 15 min away by walk from the main train station. Self service is practical and very easy to use. Clean and new. Comfortable bed. Big towel. Good WiFi provided at self checkin. Several restaurants around. Migros supermarket 5 min away by walk. Very quiet and safe environment. There is a shop open on extra hours next door, very practical to buy some food when all restaurants are closed in Zurich (after 10pm)

Would be even greater to have a table or a desk in the room, but it is OK like this.

Clean & simple. Comfortable bed. Good & instant hot water supply for shower & shaving. Great to have roll down shutter to cut down noise & light.

Sparse storage- no shelving for clothes & very limited hanging for clothes.

nice location near stations, good staff fast responding and problem solution, clean, cozy bed, tv, easy check-in, small shop in the same building with acceptable prices.

no free luggage lockers available, no kitchen, no microwave kettle or any bare minimum cooking inventary.

The location is in a great neighborhood just far enough away from the city center but still very walkable. It’s a simple room but is really all you need when you’re busy exploring during the day. I also took advantage of the available free luggage storage which is a very nice amenity to have if you arrive before check in time.

Needs more coat hooks/clothing hanging options.

I really enjoyed the stay for 2 weeks. The hotel is located within walking distance (15-18 minutes) from Hauptbahnhof and 2-4 minutes from the tram stop. My room had a window towards the inner square and was quiet.

There is a lack of a shelf, a table and chairs. I knew about it from other opinions and I knew what to expect. However, it should be improved as there is still enough space in the room. Especially the lack of a shelf for clothes is uncomfortable.

We had a good stay at the hotel, hot water in the shower and hair dryer were good plus specially it's a cold weather during our stay. Room was clean, iron for clothes, elevator and vending machine in the lobby are also available. Spacious bathroom.

Hotel was a bit far from central station by walk, but a tram is available just outside the building. No table and chair in the room, it would be great if you can also provide. Road construction to the hotel.

Location is great, just 15mins walk from the main trainstation, the room was excellent, spotlessly clean and a really good size! VERY pleasantly surprised. also had a balcony, a just excellent hotel room!

Impossible to find a fault, loved it! we've used easyhotel before and you kind of know what you're getting but this one was exceptional!

It has elevator and a vendo machine. The room was clean and the location is near a bus station.

It gets hot because there is no AC or a fan. There is also no staff in the area to ask for some urgent concern. We kept the window open the whole time even its night time to have air going inside the room.

I liked that all instructions to check-in, leaving your things in the locker and check-out were easy to follow. It was very near to X-Tra/Limmathaus, the venue of Simple Plan's concert, and going to Train stations is very easy!!!

The window for the balcony area is damaged by the time I got there. I hope I won't be charged as I had nothing to do with it. Sorry as well if I didn't report it or complain about it. I really didn't need to go to balcony from time to time.
