Everything was great, from the rooms to the staff. The breakfast was nice, fresh and plenty. A special thank you to Madeleine who let me stay in the room till 2pm without charging extra, as I was very unwell. The rest of the staff was also very helpful and gave very good tips on where we could go and how. The room was spacious and clean. Thank you all for making our stay comfortable and we hope to be back soon!!

Nothing, it was great. It takes about 15 mins to go to the city centre with public transport, so that might be an issue for some people. But public transport is so good that it really doesnt matter.

The hotel is excellently located, close to a train station which also houses a shopping area and a few minutes' drive to the airport. The rooms were clean, and the beds were big enough and comfortable, with comfy beddings. I also liked the fact that breakfast can be served up to 11am on weekends and national days. The staff were also friendly and very helpful, especially in arranging for us airport transfer.

The bathroom was small, which is a signature Ibis design. The hotel should have at least provided a kettle and tea bags for making oneself some tea in the rooms, given the pricing of the hotel. The breakfast had limited options.

The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. There were lots of T.V. channels. The shower was great. The air conditioning was a bonus. The restaurant next door was lovely. Breakfast was good - did the job.

I would have liked to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There was a communal kettle in the lobby but it's not the same. Still better than none at all!

The staff are helpful. They answer all our questions especially how to get card for public transportation. The room is cleaned everyday. The gentleman at the restaurant is very helpful. He assisted us very much. Our flight back to AU leaves later that night. The staff allowed us to stored our luggage for a couple of hours free of charge. Thank you so much! We had a wonderful stay in Switzerland.

Not that like but I think something to improve in the future. On breakfast, some guests who arrived a bit late than others does not have enough selection of hot foods.

My stay was great. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-decorated, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is varied and delicious, with options for all tastes. The hotel's location is also perfect, close to the main tourist attractions but in a quiet area that guarantees a good night's sleep. The staff was excellent, highly recommended!

All ok

The room was the right size for what we needed. Not too crammed but also not overly large that we felt like we're wasting money on extra space. It was good value for money, just 30 mins walk in a nice road to the city centre. Breakfast was adequate. Overall what you'd expect if not more for the price we paid.

I booked breakfast through Booking.com and the hotel didn't have it registered at reception and I was originally denied breakfast twice out of 4 times. Thankfully it was quickly cleared and sorted without much hassle, but wasn't as seamless as most bookings would be.

Hotel is at good location and just 10 mins walk from Hardbruck train station We stayed just for a night and room was neat, clean and comfortable.. Staff specially Carlos was very cooperative and listened to all our querries n provided solutions patiently. Hotel provided us luggage storage free of cost on the day of checkout till we came back from siteseeing. It also provides umbrellas on rent at reasonable charge

Room needs Electric Kettle for hot water and material for tea / coffee.

For a 1-star hotel, I liked how luxurious the overall atmosphere in the room felt. It's minimal but still made me feel like I was living in a hotel. The staff was also very friendly and helpful from the receptionists to the cleaning staff.

There wasn't much food considering the room service (burgers, pasta, fries). I don't know what to say since it was a very good overall experience. I guess there wasn't much in the room, but considering the price to what I got, it was very good

Location, ease of access to trams etc, cleanliness of room.

Continued mentioning of sustainability on leaflets, cards...numerous signs. If you spent less money on the sustainability ethos , you might then be able to reduce the prices of the horrendously overpriced drinks and food. No tea and coffee making facilities.

The lady in the reception allowed me to do an early check-in if I subscribe to the Ibis loyalty program. That was amazing. Carlos was super attentive also.

The room has a bad smell, probably coming from the AC because the room was very, very clean. For the price, at least, should have the breakfast included.
