I like the front desk supervisor Miss Zeinab and Mr Iyosef for their character and charming.

I didn’t like the breakfast service. The staff seems working randomly and not good at what they do. I came at 6:29 am and was requested to wait for few minutes as the time was not yet at 6:30.. 3 minutes later got admitted.. I requested a sunny-side eggs and left at 7 am wi the out being served (I was the first to enter breakfast area).. Not professional at food service as all.. the happy faces are absent.. and overall, you need to be accustomed to eat with the flies as the place is infested..

We have stayed in this hotel twice before and it never disappoints. The rooms are clean and comfortable and everything is well maintained. The place is quiet even during busy times. The breakfast is gorgeous, the view (from 12th floor) breathtaking. WiFi was fast and efficient.

The hotel reserves a large safety deposit during check in. There is nothing wrong with that, but I would have liked to know, so that I could have transferred the extra amount to my credit card (used for travel only and connected to airmiles bonus account). In the end no problem but it would have been nice to know.

Renaissance Zurich Tower Hotel is an excellent hotel that offers an unforgettable experience. Every aspect of the stay was perfect, from the spacious and comfortable rooms to the stylish surroundings and excellent service. One special highlight that made this stay even more exceptional was the outstanding service provided by a lady named Berisha (I may be mistaken about the last name) at the reception, who was very helpful and friendly, making the check-in process incredibly smooth and pleasant. This hotel is an excellent choice for any visitor seeking comfort and top-notch service.

We were there to see the Taylor Swift concert, so it was great proximity to the stadium. We loved the club level service. We loved that they were focused on the Taylor Swift concert as well bracelet making and other decorations lobby. After an initial issue with our reservation, they made sure that our two rooms were placed right next to each other, which was great because we had children that we wanted to stay together with in general the front desk staff were very kind and accommodating.

For some reason, our card keys did not work, but they happily replaced them each time. It was just more of a nuisance than anything. I would definitely stay here again again for a concert at the stadium. The rims were very, very expensive, which is why we reduced the value rating I understand, however, because it was close to the concert.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were good at answering questions and providing information about local services and attractions. The separate shower and toilet was a positive layout. Unfortunately, the hall entrance door was warped and hard to open and close. The fitness center was very nice. The location was very good. Close to the train stop, COOP for groceries, Starbucks, and eating spots. Shower supplies were in wall squirt bottles making them very convenient. Needed a separate one for shampoo. Currency change available (Euros to Francs).

The breakfast was too expensive. Forty dollars was prohibitive, and the quality of the food did not justify the cost. It should have been included. Bar drinks were also too expensive. Starbucks, the local cafe, and restaurants were better choices. Shower floor was very slippery. No mats available so had to use a towel.

Great breakfast, clean and very cozy.

I was charged an additional 100 CHF per night on top of the amount I had already paid when I booked the room. Usually you give a credit card as a guarantee but not an actual additional payment. I was told this charge would be refunded upon check-out, but that never happened. I had to spend time following up with them just to get the amount returned.

The staff was great, even the ladies from housekeeping (with a giggle). We could not pick the view from the room, but sometimes even the backside sights can be interesting.

Other guests from a big country, they were really rude to the staff, (jet lag)?. The staff tried to look away and apologized the whole time. The shower was nice but there was a (pressure) problem. with the water supply.

The hotel and rooms are very clean and well-maintained. All the staff are excellent. They took great care of us and provided all the information we needed. We arrived at the hotel well before the actual check-in time, but they arranged a room for us very quickly. Thank you so much, and we truly appreciate all your help.

Location was was good to get tram but location wasn’t so good for things to do . In an isolated area.. Sarah the receptionist was wonderful!! I had so many problems with my Wi-Fi and she fixed it!

Plenty of towels but no face clothes !! Never enough milk or sugar for instant coffee.

Large room, clean and modern.

There is free wifi but it is definitely not as fast at the paid wifi options. But then again, for the price I paid, I don't really want to pay an additional fee on top for fast wifi, this should automatically be included - but it wasn't.
