The location is very accessible and close to multiple public transport stations. It sits about 30 mins walk from the central areas and is quiet (maybe with the exemption of game days). The hotel room was very clean and provided basic accomodations. The water pressure and temperature were exceptional.

At 8:30 am a little robot walks the halls sounding the wake up call. Maybe some people are on vacation... The hotel room does not have a fridge (apparently by concept) which on some occasions may be an issue. The double rooms do not offer one bed rather 2 joined twin beds and 2 single duvets which can also be uncomfortable for sleeping if you are not used to it.

Asked for a quiet room, got a very quiet room. Bed was very comfortable. We were able to adequately adjust the air so it wasn't too hot or cold, and the default was good. Very nice bathroom and products (soap and shampoo). The sauna! Good. Had everything you need, and the foot bath was a nice touch. They were also very kind and turned it on Sunday morning so we could get in another session before leaving even though outside normal sauna hours. Very appreciated! It's quite central, and on Sundays you can get things from migrolino or at migros or coop at the amstetten station close by.

The location is right next to the stadium and there was a game. The police blocked the tram and bus. It's not hard to get around, just something to note that you have that "football hooligan" interaction sometimes getting to or from the hotel.

My second stay at this hotel, and once again, a fantastic experience! The rooms are large and impeccably clean, providing excellent comfort. The reception team were outstanding—always friendly and accommodating. I required help with some personal issues , and they were exceptionally kind and supportive, which truly made a difference. The location is also a big advantage, with bus and tram connections just a short walk from the hotel, making it very convenient to explore the city. Definitely a place worth coming back to!

We had requested for one room to be wheelchair accessible and both rooms to be close to each other. Although when we reached, none of the allotted rooms were wheelchair accessible. However, on our request, the reception staff did a good job in arranging a wheelchair accessible room for us, also both the rooms on the same floor. There was a 30 min waiting time for the rooms to be ready. But we really appreciate the hotels staff's understanding of our requirements. Breakfast menu was very good including option of getting your own customized omlette. Car parking in Hotel Basement is also very convenient.

The room is all right. Overall, we are satisfied because of the great location and the great service. The price for Switzerland is acceptable and everything was comfortable and good. There is a noise isolation when you close the windows. The restaurant for lunch and dinner is fantastic and the service there is on another level. The breakfast is tasty and there is plenty to choose from but it is self-serviced. The view from the windows is a plus and there are also lifts. The trams near the hotel do not bother.

The room is a little bit small and the cleaning can be a little bit better. The beds can be better - especially the extra bed. You need to ask for additional towels, shampoo and hand wash. Also pay attention you won't get the promised robes and slippers without a request and we decided to not ask for them.

The staff are very friendly, lovely people. The room was very nice and comfortable. The location was great. About a 100 meters from the closest tram station which takes about 15 minutes if that to get to the city centre. Some good supermarkets nearby and a sports stadium too. You had some great English tv channels 😁👍🏻 *Please note the bathroom picture was taken after use.

Some of the tv channels weren’t working at all and some were breaking up especially at night time. Not a massive deal but might be worth checking.

Overall it is a good hotel, close to the train and a few stations from the city center. Breakfast was great.

The only drawback is that the room was too cold, the heating apparently is not central and when we complained at first they only offered us an extra blanket, but after saying that it would not be enough they gave us a small heater that worked fine.

I had a special experience on the night of 3rd of December with the receptionist were there as i called her asking her for an APPLE … lool yes an Apple which I felt really weird but actually my baby refused to eat anything else but when i told the receptionist she called me in 2 min and she arranged not only one but two apples … this might be easy to do for her but to me it was a big thing which i will never forget…. The only mistake that i didn’t ask that “nice” lady about her name in addition to the staff who Checked Me and I remember her name “Maryam” she was very nice and helpful and she did everything to make my experience good I left zurich to Germany and I am writing this review while i am in another H+ hotel in Germany because of my Zurich Experience

This hotel met my expectations. My stay was brief. I had a connecting flight back home the following morning and I booked this hotel so I could get a warm shower and a comfy bed to sleep in before my flight. All of my expectations were met. For my hotel price, the breakfast wasn't included but I was able to pay a few francs and have a warm breakfast included before leaving for the airport. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right next to the street tram which makes it easier for you to get to and from the airport. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Didn't find anything that I didn't like about it. Again my stay was brief so I didn't see anything that I really didn't like about.

The location of the hotel was very great as it is less than 100m to the tram stop for ease public transportation . Location was also close to at least 4 different restaurants thereby providing guests with different options . The hotel was neat and must particularly note that the staff were very friendly and speak/understand the English language so communication wasn't an issue for me .
