Easy check in , easy check out , instructions were clear and the location superb . It gives the tourist opportunity to travel via tram , bus and walking distance to coop , Migros , restaurants , cafe and to main train station . Tram no.3 from main bus station .

The property is clean outside and inside the room . Electronic time light is a bonus in the corridors . The only thing I did not like is there is no kettle . I am aware that it is not part of the facilities . Yet , I stayed 4 days and 3 nights . There are times I really fancy a coffee inside my room . It will be great if there is a coffee / tea facility . No need of a flat screen TV .

The location was great. The tram stop is 50 metres away, and it's an easy walk to the Letzigrund stadium. It's not a fancy place, but it's fine. You can get a shower and a good night's sleep at a reasonable price.

The door check-in didn't work well, and we had trouble getting the keys (we booked several rooms, but the lock box only gave us one key). Luckily there was a member of staff there to help us, otherwise we could have been stuck for a while.

Very good location. Out of the centre but right next to a tram stop which is a 5 min joinery into the centre or you could walk it in about 30 minutes. The apartment was very spacious and has everything that you need. It is advertised that there is a microwave but there wasn't one. The TV did not work also which was reported. They did offer to come the morning after to sort it but we didn't bother due to not being there long.

The room was a nice size, and I was surprised there was a fridge in it, so that was nice to have some cold drinks and snacks in there for when I got back in the evening. The bed was super comfortable and I had the best nights sleep I've had in a very long time. The self check in and out procedure was very easy and quick. The entire apartment block was clean and well lit. Although it is a little bit out of the centre there is a tramstop just a minute walk away and plenty of supermarkets and cafes around. It's only less than 10 mins into town. I would definitely stay here again.

Despite several no smoking signs, the stairwell and foyer area absolutely reeked of smoke smell when I got back in the evening, but maybe this is down to the main doors not being locked and anyone can walk in. When I was leaving to go out, there were 3 young men in the stairwell, and I sincerely doubt they were guests. Maybe locking the front doors would alleviate this?

5 minutes walk from the train station, and only 10 from the football stadium. Was clean and comfy. Price was very reasonable for location.

No air con meaning we had to keep window open all night and was a very busy street with loud trams a and buses late into the early morning. No staff on site and had trouble getting the key out of the deposit box as it had got stuck.

Location was amazing and clean room check in was easy too great price good value for money

The staff need to supply shower gels daily I ran out of them and also do more cleaning my room was cleaned only once out of 7 nights they don't speak English or deutsch no good communication. Tv never worked

Really nice place to stay. Just a 10 min away by tram from the center of Zurich or 40 min by foot if u like to walk. Very convenient with self check in/out. The only thing u should be aware it could be noise if other people staying at the hotel making noises at night. Otherwise is a good place to stay for reasonable price!

The place was clean, tidy, and wonderful. It has all the amenities that you think of, and many restaurants are nearby. Even the tram station is on the 2 mins walk

On the day of our checkout, we had to catch our train and were running late, but the elevator was busy with cleaning staff's equipment, and we had to carry our heavy bags down from fifth floor by stairs and because of that we missed our train.

at the first place i was terrified by the reviews on this page about this apartment but i didn’t have another option since everything else was so expensive. we booked one night and to be hones i have no idea what these guys are complaining about. it was very clean, fast easy checkin, enough warm room. yes there is no soap but there are shampoos, hairdryer, tv working, hot water etc. you activate internet easily. its about 20min walk to the city center, surrounded by markets shops, tram station close. for me it was more than good value for money, and we enjoyed our one night stay there. for those who ask for luxury go for hotels :) this was decent clean apartment, furniture and toilet the same as on the pictures here. all in all, we were satisfied with stay

nothing special, it could be good if they have kettle, but we had our own so we could make tea coffee etc. also you can add one soap for these complainers :)

Super easy to pick up keys and drop off keys, just a box outside the hotel amd they give you a code, super simple.

No kettle, I'm sure it said there was a kettle, wished it just said if there was or wasn't one as I would of brought one.
