I absolutely loved the attention to detail and the comfort the hotel provides! The room is amazing and the bathroom is great and spacious for European standards. The staff is very polite, especially at the restaurant for breakfast, which is delicious by the way. It's a short walk to the tram. Very convenient as I was traveling with my 70-year old dad.

The only thing I didn't enjoy was the fact that we were staying for 3 nights only and did not wish to have our room cleaned up so we left the please do not disturb sign at the door. For whatever reason, on the second afternoon one of the people from the cleaning staff knocked on our door and my boyfriend who had just woken up had to open the door for them to check the room. They said it was a hotel policy. I was changing clothes to go out to the city and had to lock myself in the bathroom. Felt embarrassing and unnecessary. I must say I would absolutely stay again at this hotel, but thought this was too weird to not address in a review.

We had an excellent experience during our stay! From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive and polite staff, we felt very well looked after. The room was a decent size, and having drinks available in the minibar was a convenient touch. The room service was also efficient and of high quality. The hotel’s location is another major highlight. With a station right across the street, accessing the city centre and other areas was incredibly easy. Additionally, there are supermarkets nearby, which added to the convenience of our stay. We were also grateful for the option to store our luggage after check-out, allowing us to explore the city without any hassle before heading to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, excellent location, and impeccable service!

The bed was perfect and the view from the window was nice. It was in a good location and we were able to leave our car there prior to check in and even a little after checkout, which was very helpful. There is a tram/bus station very close and you cannot hear it from the room which was very nice.

I cant think of anything I didnt like. There wasnt a fan, and we asked reception and they gave us a heater instead. And we had a hard time figuring out the lights from the TV because there wasnt a remote it was connected to switches on the walls, which was weird.

#1 Location. We like hotels a bit far from the city center and the main tourist attractions so this location was perfect for us: quite, lovely but still convenient to get to the key destination points by foot or public transportation. #2 The hotel itself is very nice and cozy. Stuff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit small but clean, comfortable, and modern. #3 Breakfast is delicious and varied. Although it is not a traditional buffet system where you serve yourself, there is a waitress and the menu but you can still order whatever you want and as much as you want.

Very Costly parking! 40 EUR per night is cray and the most expensive parking cost ever.

We experienced the warm hospitality from the staff, at the reception especially to Staff Zaman Fatiha who is so friendly and approachable, she has kindly offered to carry our two heavy luggages up the short flight of stairs, really appreciate her kind gesture 😁 And it was her warm hospitality that made us feel so welcomed and at home that we decided to book another night with breakfast before leaving Zurich for France, (we had originally booked another hotel) 😁 Keep it up 👍🏻 Will definitely recommend others to this hotel 🏨 Also the accessibility to Zürich Hb, just a couple of stops away and you will be at the busyness district of Zürich Hb,there are two supermarkets around the corners and restaurants around the area… it’s a welcome relief away from the busyness of the main station yet it’s close by to reach there if you need to go for river cruise, museums, downtown, old town area…at a decent price too 😁

We enjoyed excellent service from the hotel staff at reception. They were helpful to keep our luggage and even provide us with additional portable heaters for our rooms. Both rooms were very comfortable and spacious, especially the junior suite which far exceeded my expectations. Its location is off city centre but still very accessible to both old town and Zurich airport. Highly recommended.

Need to carry our luggage up half a flight of stairs to take the lift to our rooms. Other than that, everything else was delightful.

It's a very nice hotel with excellent rooms. I was a little bit confused when I returned to the hotel after midnight and there were no staff on the reception. But it's only 4 minutes, which I spent near the second door, not at the street. The room was excellent with no dirt and dust. The bathroom was with quality body care products. The room is comfortable and breakfast is really nice and two waiters are helpful especially Romanian waitress. I like the way she offers. Tram stop is with an walk, just 50 meters from the hotel.

One of the radiators doesn't work. The room is a bit cold. They turn the raditators off during the night. I don't understand why. I told the reception the room is cold. They gave me a portable heater. Too weak. It doesn't have have power to heat the room.

It was 35-40 minutes walk to the city center but there is a tram station right outside. In order to get to the lifts you need to go up some stairs which is not very convenient when you are carrying heavy luggage. Staff helpful though to carry them
