Neufeld hotel Zurich bahnhoff/railway station is not far from the hotel. Take tram 9 or  14 from Zurich bahnhoff. Tram 14 toward Tremli and stop at Goldbrunnenplatz (around 6-7 stops). It took us 10 minute. From the stop is only 1 minute to the hotel. The hotel has a lift. We can leave the luggages before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast is very good. Bread, egg, milk, juice salami, ham, cereal, coffee,tea. The breakfast room is big, clean with good atmosphere.  The room is quite big and clean. The bathroom with WC is good but the shower is small. The TV is too small. It is better hung on the wall.

Everything was very clean, the location super and the staff well prepared to answer questions about the area. There is a bus station right next to the hotel which was super and convenient. The breakfast was really basic but excellent quality. No food waste, and excellent staff serving breakfast!,

The toilet seat was like a click on. My daughter kept falling off because the seat was not safely on the toilet. It happened to myself as well. It is not fun putting a toilet seat back on. In the room they need to put basic kitchen utensils in there. If you provide a tea kettle then provide a tea cup. There were not water glasses outside of the bathroom which is nothing we want to drink out of. Too many videos that they are not cleaned properly.

The breakfast was small but had enough to satisfy you. There wasn't much variety but it was nice. Although the location was far from the center, buses and trams were passing right in front of it and we could easily reach the center. There was a kiosk, Dominos and another pizza place and coffee shop right in front of it. The rooms were small but clean. The bathroom shampoo and soap were in a single container but it wasn't bad. Since we had our own shampoos, we didn't have any problems.

Check ın tıme was at 11 o'clock and we were there at 10.40, they didn't give us a room, actually the male officer there I think wanted to give it but the female one didn't even talk to us and said they couldn't give it to the male one. We told them that we would be back to the hotel very late that night and that we wanted to take the room. But they didn't give it. Maybe it really wasn't ready. I don't know, it wasn't a problem though.

Location was perfect.. parking was free (plus point) breakfast was really good staff were courteous.. they let me shifted to a bigger room

Parking was free but limited to a outside small parking lot where hardly 5-6 car can fit.. . if u return late hours u may not any spot available then u have to look and spend too much time looking for a free pakring spot around the streets of this hotel.... over night parking on strrets are free until 8am or 9am.. MICROWAVE & Fridge would be a Plus point if available inside room especially when u have small children with u.. size of tv is like 14" Deskptop monitor.. upgrade TV please

Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was comfortable and a fan was supplied. Furniture was basic but fit for purpose and the beds were very comfortable. Hot drinks were not available in the room but there was a station in the reception area free of charge. Cold drinks and wine were available at a charge. The hotel was just across from a bus and tram stop and it was very accessible for travel across the city.

Breakfast was adequate but the pastries & croissants were a little hard. Maybe this was because it was Sunday and they were from Saturday?

Stayed five nights during the early stages of the Euro 2025 football tournament. Great value for money and well located for the tram/bus into Zurich centre. Clean and comfortable accommodation, with the continental breakfast a good start to each day. Balcony in the room was a definite plus and there was a small fan in the room. Staff were also helpful and coffee / iced water were provided in the reception area.

Slightly noisy at times from other guests but the hotel did provide ear plugs in the room to cover this.

Very easy to reach from Zurich central station, you just need to ride 1 tram (no need to change tram or other transportation). The hotel has a small elevator, just enough for the suitcases and maybe 1 small person so we don't have to carry our suitcases all the way up by stairs.

They had serving desk only on the ground floor, next to the reception desk. It was okay if we stay on the first floor, but I think it would be a little uncomfortable for those who stay on the second floor or above to go downstairs every time we want to make a coffee/ tea/ warm our food

Good location for travel links as very close to the tram/ bus line. Good breakfast - not loads of choice but enough for it not to be boring for a couple of days. Good coffee/water in the reception area for the guests. Although on the road we had the window open and we didn’t really hear much noise on the top floor. Staff happy for us to put a bag in the fridge at reception which also sells drinks.

No tea/ coffee in the room. No air conditioning. Was pretty warm on the top floor.

The hotel's breakfast was very sufficient. There were filling and delicious options. However, the only egg option was boiled eggs, so that could perhaps be improved. The location was excellent, you can reach the city center and the train station in 15 minutes with just one tram. The staff was amazing. On the morning of our third day, the lady who served breakfast learned how to say "good morning" in our language and greeted us that way—we were very surprised and happy. The employees were always very hospitable.

The only downside was that we noticed on the second day that our sheets hadn't been changed, the bed was just made up.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast was included in the price per night and you could park your car for free. Unfortunately due to rain I spent more time in the hotel than planned but it was still a pleasant stay. The WiFi worked well.

Upon arrival in the bathroom there was a weird smell but by opening the window of the room and turning the fan on it went away It was 2.5 km away from the riverside but the distance wasn't a problem for me
