Location was perfect.. parking was free (plus point) breakfast was really good staff were courteous.. they let me shifted to a bigger room

Parking was free but limited to a outside small parking lot where hardly 5-6 car can fit.. . if u return late hours u may not any spot available then u have to look and spend too much time looking for a free pakring spot around the streets of this hotel.... over night parking on strrets are free until 8am or 9am.. MICROWAVE & Fridge would be a Plus point if available inside room especially when u have small children with u.. size of tv is like 14" Deskptop monitor.. upgrade TV please

The breakfast was small but had enough to satisfy you. There wasn't much variety but it was nice. Although the location was far from the center, buses and trams were passing right in front of it and we could easily reach the center. There was a kiosk, Dominos and another pizza place and coffee shop right in front of it. The rooms were small but clean. The bathroom shampoo and soap were in a single container but it wasn't bad. Since we had our own shampoos, we didn't have any problems.

Check ın tıme was at 11 o'clock and we were there at 10.40, they didn't give us a room, actually the male officer there I think wanted to give it but the female one didn't even talk to us and said they couldn't give it to the male one. We told them that we would be back to the hotel very late that night and that we wanted to take the room. But they didn't give it. Maybe it really wasn't ready. I don't know, it wasn't a problem though.

Very easy to reach from Zurich central station, you just need to ride 1 tram (no need to change tram or other transportation). The hotel has a small elevator, just enough for the suitcases and maybe 1 small person so we don't have to carry our suitcases all the way up by stairs.

They had serving desk only on the ground floor, next to the reception desk. It was okay if we stay on the first floor, but I think it would be a little uncomfortable for those who stay on the second floor or above to go downstairs every time we want to make a coffee/ tea/ warm our food

The hotel's breakfast was very sufficient. There were filling and delicious options. However, the only egg option was boiled eggs, so that could perhaps be improved. The location was excellent, you can reach the city center and the train station in 15 minutes with just one tram. The staff was amazing. On the morning of our third day, the lady who served breakfast learned how to say "good morning" in our language and greeted us that way—we were very surprised and happy. The employees were always very hospitable.

The only downside was that we noticed on the second day that our sheets hadn't been changed, the bed was just made up.

The location is very close to the transport station. The receptionists, restaurants in- charge, the cleaners are all friendly and approachable. The hotel price is reasonable. They even managed to move us to a room fit for three individuals. They rectified the mistake of my booking without charging us extra; except of coursw for the breakfast buffet which my 11- year old son enjoyed.

We have used the Neufeld on a number of times when in Zurich and it has been very consistent in the experience. Its a small hotel away from the city centre but with excellent bus and tram connections right outside, both to the city and up to the Uetliberg for the woods and city views. Rooms are over 3 floors and the lift is a tiny two person one but rooms are clean and the corner ones are spacious, as it must have been converted from apartments at some point. Beds are very comfortable and while the bathrooms are a little tight they are well equipped with good showers. Breakfast is an excellent spread with something for everyone and staff are very helpful. There's no bar or evening restaurant but there's plenty to access within easy reach. Its seems to be a busy spot too for both business and family visitors so that is generally a good sign.

We had a problem with the TV in the room and it took about three days for someone to work out how to get it back on track despite the best efforts of a couple of the reception staff. Everything else was as expected.

I really liked the location...it's close to the center, we get there either on foot if we want to get to know the city, or by transport, which has several within 100 meters. Very clean, quiet and they offer coffee... perfect!Another favorable aspect is having breakfast included, eating out in the city is very expensive.They allowed my suitcase to stay for a few hours after check-out and even lent me an umbrella.

I would love for them to serve scrambled eggs for breakfast.

The location was convenient. The staff was ok, but they could be a little more welcoming and helpful. We loved the balcony but during the rain it was flooded and were worried that the water would go into our room.

The room had no fridge and for the coffee or tea I had to go down the lobby. Bathroom was super tiny. Under the beds there was lots of dust. Overall we were satisfied, but compering Neufeld to other hotels in Zurich, Lucern and Lugano, it was too expensive for what they offered..

The hotel was fantastic. We were met on reception by a friendly and extremely helpful girl who lent us 2 adapters for the room! Hotel is a great location and literally across the road from the 14 metro stop that takes you straight to the train station and district 1 for drinking. Zurich itself it’s a beautiful city, really clean and people are friendly and polite. It does however lack the excitement of a major city. My friend described it as “pulling a 10/10 model but she will only do missionary”

Hotel Neufeld is a decent option for a stay in Switzerland. While it's located a bit far from the city center, the area is quiet and well connected by public transport. My room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. What really stood out to me was the breakfast service. I especially want to mention the two girls preparing breakfast - they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the mornings feel warm and pleasant.
